AS far as I cna figure out, here are the rankings, high to low: General, Lieutenant, Major, Brigadier, Colonel, Captain. That is a basic list and is only for soldiers/warriors. It does not take into account other branches, like spy, scout, etc. That is why Dusk is not one of those, because she does not command combat.
