Kell gave one last snarl before giving up. They had no choice in the matter of whether they went or not. He gave a reassuring glance to Fern. They'd be okay. He'd make sure of it.

Kell shakily stepped forward. "You can try to kill us, but if you do, you'll have all of WindPack on you faster than hounds on the scent of a hare," he growled.

"Your father's the leader of WindPack isn't he?" Breton laughed. "The old fool couldn't touch me even if I was crippled. WindPack is weak, full of soft, good-for-nothing wolves."

Kell snarled and debated on trying to tackle the leader or not. He decided not to. That would be a suicidal move. "Weak wolves we might be, but we don't take other wolves prisoner."Breton chuckled. "I admire your loyalty," he said. "But that won't help. We're still taking you to camp." He then turned to Night. "I'm getting bored of this and am heading back to camp. Do what you want with them. Just make sure they get back to camp in one piece."
Kell stepped between the wolf and Fern, his ears flattening against his head, teeth bared, and hackles raised. He wouldn't allow Fern to get hurt. He didn't like the look that Night was giving them.

Kell was too slow to react as Night tackled him. He yelped as his injured shoulder slammed into the ground, Night's weight keeping him there. He snarled and tried to snap at the wolf's legs. He noticed that Fern had been tackled too and snarled louder. With his injured shoulder, there wasn't much he could do to fight back. He couldn't try to push him off.

Kell saw this and tried even harder to get Night's legs. He didn't care what they did to him as long as they didn't hurt Fern. They could break all his legs if that meant Fern would be safe.

Kell froze, as the wolf put a paw on his neck. It wouldn't take much pressure for him to start coughing and choking. Was he scared? Just a bit. He growled, his lips pulled back to show his teeth. Two could play this game. He wouldn't give in.

Kell stared in horror as they started to pull his friend out. He had a feeling that whatever Night was going to do to him would not be good. He wanted to try to break free, but with a paw on his neck, and an fractured shoulder, not to mention a paw on his other shoulder, that was impossible.

Kell had to clench his teeth to keep from crying out. With the bone fractured, the teeth on his shoulder hurt a lot more than if it wasn't hurt.

Kell prayed that she wouldn't hurt herself trying to get away. Either that or that the wolves wouldn't get fed up with her fighting and wouldn't hurt her so that she'd be calmer. The last thing they needed was another injured wolf. Kell tried to get away, mostly by kicking anything he could.

Kell yelped and lashed out with the paw that wasn't being dragged. He was hoping to hit Night's face.

Kell snarled. He changed his mind about the not fighting. He would not go down without a fight. He tried snapping at the wolf's muzzle, since that was the closest thing he could reach.

Kell couldn't hold in the yelp that came out of his mouth as Night pressed his injured shoulder into the ground. He was pretty sure that he wasn't going to walk right again after this, provided he survived the fight to the death. He snarled, not daring to attack.

Kell growled and kept trying to snap at him. Honestly, he wanted to see how much Night would put up with before he did something. He strained his neck trying to get the wolf and get a look at Fern. He had to make sure she was alright. After all, it was his fault that they were here. He'd been the one who suggested they go into ShadowPack lands, knowing they weren't supposed to. And Fern's father would most definitely kill him if anything happened to her.

Had Kell not been injured, he would've been able to fight back. Noticing that Fern was fine and fighting back, he turned his attention back to trying to get away. His jaws snapped shut very close to Night's muzzle. He was hoping that he would be able to surprise the wolf enough that Kell would be able to get away. Although he probably wouldn't get far with his injured leg. But maybe he could get far enough that he could draw them away from Fern and give her time to escape.

All of Kell's hopes went down the drain when Night didn't let him go. That was the only idea that might've worked. It didn't, so now they were stuck there. He gritted his teeth against the pain as Night continued to pull him. His injured shoulder was roaring with pain from the fact that Night's teeth were clamped down on his shoulder. He prayed that something would happen so that they could possibly get away, or at least give him a minute to rest his shoulder. But knowing that once they entered camp he would have to fight for his life, that didn't seem likely. Actually, he wished that Fern's father would come to help. Even though Kell knew that her father would rip him apart for endangering his daughter's life, the fact that her father might be able to rescue them gave him hope. But that hope plummeted when he remembered that no one knew where they were. They hadn't told anyone that they were leaving.

Kell's ears pricked up as he smelled Sky's scent. He was partially grateful, and partially scared of Sky being here. For one, they might get free, on the other hand, he would get chewed out because of his decisions.

Kell tried to stand up, but his shoulder gave way as he put pressure on it. Seeing Fern attack another wolf, he tried to rush over to help her. The key word was "try". With immense pain and great difficulty, he limped over on three paws, trying to get into a position where he could crouch down and leap with only three legs working.

Seeing two other wolves attack Fern, he leapt into the fight, not worrying about his shoulder. He landed on the back of one of them and bit its neck, hoping to get it away from his friend.

Kell gripped his jaws tighter on the neck, hoping to make him pass out. He wouldn't kill the wolf if he had a choice. He hoped the wolf would pass out soon because his shoulder was burning.

Kell managed to make the wolf pass out. He stepped back, favoring his left leg. He noticed Night snapping at Sky and ran towards the two wolves, aiming to knock Night over.

Kell skidded to a stop and turned around to see Fern and the other wolf fight. Teeth bared, he ran at the other wolf, and leapt at him, hoping to pin him down.

Kell snarled at the wolf, daring him to try to get away again. His injured shoulder was bleeding heavily and he had a bite mark on his neck. The leader of Shadow Pack walked out of the trees. "What is the meaning of this?" He asked as he saw the scene before him.
"Why should I? They trespassed onto my territory without permission. I was only teaching them a lesson," the leader said calmly.

"Fine, take them away," the leader said. "But if I see them on my territory again, I won't let them go even if you kill me."

((Sure))Kell stepped back. When he thought Sky wasn't looking, he couldn't help but lick Fern's muzzle, trying to stop the bleeding. He was never going to come back here again. He'd learned his lesson.
Kell limped his way back to the border. His shoulder burned with pain, but he kept his expression blank. All he could think about was the berating they were going to get from Sky. Although he was sure that it would be him who would be the recipient of most of it. He couldn't help but lick Fern's ear. He was glad that she was safe. He didn't know what he would do if she had died.
