Pace takes a left turn onto a street and reads while walking, probley not her best choice

Lauren walks down the street her nose in a book not paying attention and also not seeing Pace also walking down the road.

Pace continues to read, not looking up and accidently bumps into Lauren. Causing both of their books to fall. "I am sooo sorry." said Pace, she bends down to pick up both girls books

"It's ok! I'm sorry too! I just love to read, I should have been paying attention." Lauren says.And She accidentally takes the wrong book...Pace's book. Then she looks at the time on her watch and says"Oh look at the time I gotta go!" Then with a last goodbye she runs off...with Pace's book.

Looking down, Pace realizes that she has the other girls book. She is mad for a second. Not that the girl took her book, but that she didnt get to read the ending.

Lauren was walking to the library when she realized she had the other girls book. She quickly turned around and ran to where the accicident happened.

Pace was heading to the computer lab to do some reseach on a project

Lauren sprinted to the street to find it empty. She sighed and headed to the computer lab to finish her project. She dashed to the lab when she saw that the other girl was there!

Pace had her headphone on, taping her foot to the music. She was researching stuff that would help her during for evaluations to become Erudite

Lauren spotted Pace and headed over to her computer. She quietly said"Hey I accidentally took the wrong book."

Pace jumped when she felt someone touch her shoulder, she took off her headphones and said, "What? Oh! Your that girl that I accidently ran into. I have your book." she reached into her backpack and pulled it out, handing it to her, "Sorry."

"It's ok it's my fault anyway," Lauren reached into her own back pack and pulled the book out and taking her own.

"Im Pace," she said

I'm Lauren

"Are you a transfer?" she asked

"Yeah I'm from Candor,You?"Lauren asks.

"I'm from Amity." she replies

"Cool!" Lauren said.

She shrugged, "I would rather be Erudite..." then smiled

Lauren smiled back and said"Yeah I think Erudite os way better!"

"I love to read, but right now i am researching a thing for intate training, not much fun. So what has brought you to the computer lab?" Pace asks

"well I am researching how to purify salt water and sewer water, so far it's going well!" Laurensp said.

"Neat," says Pace. "Do you know what we go through during Erudite training?" she askes

"nope," all I know is that of we are not smart enough we are either be cleaning up labs or fraction less.

Pace frowned, "That doesnt sound like too much fun..."

" Yeah it doesn't."

"So what is your favorite book?" asked Pace smiling. Trying to change the subject

" Well I really like The Hunger Games" She said also wanting to change the subject. " you?" she asked.

"Very nice, that is also one of my favorites. But i also did enjoy The Lovely Bones." replied Pace

"Oh sounds good!" Lauren said.

"Ya, it was, and the movie was fairly accurate. Although, i have to admit, i am more of a sci-fi/fantasy kind of gal." Pace smiled

" cool me too!" Isabel said with a smile!.

Pace smiled back

Lauren smiled back.

"Wanna head back to the dorms with me?" asked pace, she logged off her computer and stuffed her papers into her shoulder bag

"Sure!" Lauren said. She smiled.

Pace stood up and grabed her bag. Together they left the computer lab

Lauren asked Pace" So wjat is your favorite color?" trying to make a conversation.

Pace smiled, "Ummm, green. what about yours?"

" wowI love green to! I really like neon green!" Lauren said with a smile.

"Neon green is cool. I also like the color blue, but after wearing it here for so long, i think i may beguin to hate it." she smiled

" Yeah me too!" Lauren said with a grin.

They walked outside and Pace welcomed the warm sunshine and slight breeze. "Whats your favorite season?" she asked trying to keep conversation with Lauren. She was beguining to like this girl

" Oh I like fall I like it when the leaves change andbit is just the riht temp."

"The leaves, yes. I love the colors of them. But I would have to say mine is spring. When everything comes back to life. I also love the sound of rain."

"Cool!" Stephanie said with a smile. She was really liking this girl.

"So, what are you doing tomorrow?" asked Pace

" Mostly studying," Lauren said.

"Mine if I join you?" Pace smiled

"Sure!" Lauren said.
