Thanks alot Sister Ramla... I actually didn't even remember my account and what password it has. but I successfully retrieved it.. Got to read a lot to keep the blog active. wonder who would read if it's not too active with frequent reviews. I believe a group of readers writing reviews on their favourite genres would make an active and successful blog.
@Omaid Yes, I understand that it's difficult to keep a blog active. I have two. But have taken temporary break from one. (THE MAGAZINE AT BLOGSPOT). And I only post about once or twice a month on the other (A COZY MURDER IS ANNOUNCED). A group of reviewers is a good idea.
Another thing you can do is that you invite authors as guest writers. Many are interested in writing for blogs for free as it help to promote their books. The benefit to you will be that it will keep your blog active and make it more interesting and popular.

thanks for the info.. That's a good idea too. also some bloggers who have a good following exclusively give a review of an unreleased book, and get a free copy by the author for that.. But i guess.. writing for passion can not be substituted by writing for profit or benefit in return. so i guess a group of passionate blog writers is a better option. however I'll surely check out the link! thanks!
@Omaid Yes it's true that bloggers are sometimes offered free advanced copies in return for their honest reviews on their blogs and on forums like Goodreads, Amazon etc. Again, it's a mutually beneficial process. Bloggers, who are usually passionate readers, don't have to spend money to buy the books. They don't have to accept every offer, either, they can pick and choose what books they want to read. Then all they have to do is write reviews after reading the books, which they would have done so anyway! It's beneficial for the authors because it helps to spread word about their books to other readers. But anyway, you please go ahead with what works best for you :-) I truly wish you best of luck with your blog, and will be sure to drop in occasionally and check out your latest reviews :-)

Do you guys use free blogs or pay for your own blog space? I want to start one too but I read that free blogs are basically you using someone else's internet property and they can delete it whenever they want. I don't have a credit card yaaaaar!!!!

Nah Sara there is nothing like that. Who told you this shit?? :/ Okay for example, Wordpress is GR and you want to make a account and all you have to do is fill that thing with the details of your blog and choose a good theme and name for your blog and your are good to go. and the blogs we pay for are another thing, they would be like this, Onemorechapter.poppyreadsalot.com that would be mine domain if i ever get a credit card to pay :'D
