Lily was dressed with her long hair down her back and a stunning blue dress that made her look drop dead gorgeous
Lexi gave a fake smile to the crowd as her charoit went through the streets. Inside she was terified....she doubted she'd last long, but she needed sponsers all the same.
Flint stands confidently on his chariot. He has to use a stand so the full effect of his outfit can be seen. Both his suit and headgear are coated in sparkling silver, that twinkles in the light from the city. He seems to light up, each sequin reflecting the light to the max. Yet Flint stands there, not smiling, not waving. He is above that. They are here to watch him, not the other way round.

River kept her head up, trying not to look at her partner. Her dress was pure gold, clutching her body like it was made just for her. It sparkled and showed off every curve, making her blonde hair look like the sun itself. Her eyes glared at the Capitol air, almost like she was trying to show them her anger, make them feel it. But that feeling was gone as soon as it begun, she smiled and waved at the crowd. After all, she was a Career.
Scarlet smiles at he crowds and waves, trying to make a good impression for the Game Makers. I feel a bit tense, and when I see myself on the screens I gasp. I've never seen myself like this before.(view spoiler)
Greta stands confidently, head held high. He has a sexy smile on his face, his bright white teeth glinting. He feels the millions of eyes and looks around. He lets everyone see the deadly fire in his eyes. "No one can beat me!" He yells pumping a fist in the air. His heart was telling him to pull all the attention to himself. That's why he made the stylist let him help.with the outfit. It showed his abs, which was perfect. He smiled an angry smile, as if saying 'I you get in my way, I'll kill you.' It was true. He was a killing machine, it was actually quite fun. He looked up at everyone. He then looked forward and lets the fire in his eyes ignite
His are the silvery gold ones on the left. 
but he's not wearing anything under, so that you can see his abs.
that's his hat.
Liahona stands on the chariot, small and frail. She hoped to get tons of sponsors, but she was failing. She raised her head high and smiled. She blew kisses to the Capitol people. She knew she would probably never win, but she'd try. She waved and worked to hold back tears. She hoped her sister was watching on their old TV. She lifted her chest, and waved and blew more kisses.

Nik stands on his chariot looking as condfidant as possiable. Dressed in a bright gold colored suit, representing his district of power, with hints of glitter slpashed on it, he was sure to impress theses horriable people of the capitol. He smiled a million dollar smile and waved to the crowd. His otherwise messy black hair was slicked back. The crowd loved him.
Lola bit her lip and waved out at the crowd. She fingered her token and smiled brighter. Her dress was gold and her gold necklace disappeared. She blew a kiss in the general direction of many people and smiled again. She continues to do so and waves. She at one point picks up a rose and waves at the crowd with it. She smiles and tries to look happy. She looks over at the boy in her chariot and finds herself feeling nervous.(view spoiler)
Jaymz stood awkwardly on his chariot, feeling too big for it. He took up more than half due to his broad shoulders, so he balanced himself near the edge. His outfit the same as always for his district; a cowboy costume, this year in bright contrasting yellow and blue. His usual expressionless face changed to an encouraging beam as he passed the Capitol citizens, gritting his teeth out of frustration. How could they possibly see this as entertainment?
Link stood on her chariot, trembling a little at first, but after a minute or so she decided to try and enjoy the attention. She wore a blue and white sailor type dress, repressenting her district of transportation, with a cute white sailing hat. Her strawberry blonde hair in thick curls, she had long blue fake eyelashes, and blueberry colored lips to match her dress.
She smiled brightly and blew kisses to the crowd. On the outside she looked confidant, but on the inside she was still a little scared.
Logan grinned as his chariot ran through the streets. He waved to the audience, confident of his chances of winning, his sister had done this, he could do it too. He kept waving, not paying much attention to the girl from his district.

Rylan held his head high, giving a charming smile at the crowd who's going wild. He gave a quick glance to Scarlet. She seemed slightly she'll shocked. He waved and raised his fist into the air, his muscles rippling down his arm. His own tight suit showing his impressive physique, especially for someone who came from the poorest districts.
