Danger In The High Seas discussion

This is where your characters go to read or research.

Steven walked into the ship's library. He paced around for no reason.

Alice walked in. "Oops, sorry. I didn't see anyone in here." She paused, looking uncomfortable. "Should I leave?"

Steven stopped and looked over at Alice, "No, you're right. Please, come in." He smiled before sitting down in a seat and thinking about the ship, his crew and his father.

"Thanks." Lalia chose a desk in the far corner and sat down. She pulled out a small book and started writing.

Steven sighed into his hands and stared at the wall.

Eventually Alice put her book away and left. She looked questioningly at Steven, but knew better than to ask.
((And that wasn't Lalia before, it was still Alice, only Alice.))

((Okies))

Steven sighed and stood up as well. He'd better get back to his duties, you know, as captain. He walked out of the library.

Arabelle followed.

Lucy follows as well.

'Wow."breathed Arabelle.The library was huge,there were chairs and tables and a librarian's desk.There was no librarian yet.

Lucy nods in agreement.

Arabelle scans the shelves looking for something to read.

Lucy sits in a seat.

Arabelle quickly chooses a book about the sea and the creatures that live in it.

((Should I make the librarian?))

Arabelle read her book.She liked it immediately.It was so cool.

Arabelle looked up from her boo9k."I'm reading a book about the sea and the animals that live in it.It's called "The Sea."

(Thanks!I'm not done yet though.Please tell me what you think about it)

Arabelle smiled back."Thanks."she called.

Steven walked back into the cabin, returning this time with a few books he had found on his way here. He placed them on a desk and smiled around at everyone.

"Hi Ca-Steven."called Arabelle to him.

Steven nodded at her, "Arabelle." He smiled.

"How are you Steven?"asked Arabelle.

Steven sighed, "Well, thank you. How are you?"

"I'm fine."said Arabelle smiling."This library is amazing."she said looking around the library.

Steven nodded in agreement, "Yes, it is quite impressive."

"How did you collect so many books?"asked Arabelle.

Steven looked around at the shelves, "I didn't. My father did."

"Oh.I'm sorry."apologized Arabelle.

Steven shook his head, "No, you're fine. You were just curious."

"Ok.Steven how far away is the land of nowhere?"asked Arabelle.

Steven looked at her, "Don't tell anyone or be alarmed but, I don't know."

"Okkkayyyy."said Arabelle."I guess that makes sense because it is the land of nowhere.Why don't we look at the chart room later and try to figure things out?"suggested Arabelle.

Steven nodded, "We might be making a stop at a island we located on the way."

((I don't actually know anything so...))

(That's ok.We can stop at some islands,do stuff and soon.That's the fun part.Not knowing how the journey will go.We'll just keep on guessing. :D)
"Sure."Arabelle said.I'll just read a bit more then let's go to the chart room."

Steven nodded and disappeared into a isle. He looked at the books. Trying to find his father's favourite book.

Arabelle kept reading.

Steven found it, Utopia. He looked at it for a while before tears pricked at his eyes.

Arabelle finished the book.

(I'm going to sign out now.See you guys tomorrow! :D)

Arabelle looked at the shelves and returned the book.

Steven turned away from the book and the un-shed tears disappeared. He walked out of the Isle and plastered on his award winning smile.

Arabelle heard footsteps.She looked up."Are you ready to go?"asked Arabelle.
