A tumbled down old shack on the outskirts of the village.

Claire and Saul sauntered into view.

((Nevermind.....))

Hawk stood steady and knocked an arrow and drew back.

Claire wandered over, looking cranky. She stepped in through the window and wandered around the house.

Hawk lowered the bow and looked at the girl.

Claire stuck out her tongue. "What?"

"you made me miss that crow in the rafters." Hawk scowled. "what are you doing her, kid."

"I've got every right to be here." she retorted, her voice filled with venom.

Hawk chuckled "true, very true." she slung her bow on her back. "are you okay?"

"Yes, I'm fine." she snapped.

"doesn't sound like it. your almost as bad as a snappin' turtle without sleep." she crossed her arms.

Claire rolled her eyes. "Wow."

"you seen any wolves around here?" she sat on an old crate.

"No. All I've seen is alicorns and mermaids."

"Haha, nice to know you have some humor. oh yah, nice hair." she crossed her legs.

Claire rolled her eyes. "Humor?"

"yes the thing you laugh about when someone says something funny."

"What was funny?" Claire snapped.

"you weren't joking about alicorns and mermaids? what are alicorns anyway?

Claire rolled her eyes and clicked her tongue. "It's a unicorn Pegasus thing."

"sweet, now i want one."

Claire glared at her.

she stood and stretched. "how about we talk while we eat?"

"I'm not eating." Claire said contrarily.

"aren't you a bundle of sunshine. if you ever need someone to talk to just look me up miss..."

"You don't need to know my name." she said rudely.

"alright miss Joy, have a nice day." she got up and held her hand out to the girl.

Claire got up her self and climbed out of the window, running away.

Hawk lowered her hand and yawned, stretching.
