Well, it really depends on what you want to be when you grow up. Someone who wants to be an Orthodontist would have to go to University/College for 6-8 years.

Really, it all depends on the credits you get from school. Some 16 and 14 year olds go to college.

What I'm saying is that if you're a genius in school, you can go to college. And depending on the career you working to get, depends on how long you're in school.

Calamity, could you make an 'Other' character sheet?

~OK... Here's a suggestion. We want actors but they are under singers! So... could we have a musical? I'll make a character when/if this is approved because I'd love my character to be in a musical. Could I help with the plot of the musical...
It should be a musical where there is a High School & the characters who play a teacher & a student start to really like each other but can't because it would ruin the musical...
Also paps could wreck aspects. And of course there has to be an amazing actor who thinks they are amazing at singing (but ouch).

Lastly... SHOTGUN THE ACTOR WHO PLAYS THE PUPIL.

As I've had no reply I'll add to it... That we already have two guys who would be fine for the male teacher part (that's just the way I imagined it though): Jay Hill (by audrey in singers) or Arthur Wright (by Aiyana in artists).
I don't have to play the pupil if that is what putting you off I've decided- I would happily settle for a costume designer girlfriend or paparazzi boyfriend (as you may like it the other way round- but this would work both ways)... But I don't want to play a tone-deaf 'other' as it were.

Can there be an Actor thread?

It's not actually a teacher/pupil- just they have to have a normal teacher/pupil relationship on screen & off screen... Well, not.
If nobody is in favour for that I did just used that as an example to show a relationship on screen so different from the relationship off screen, it also illustrates an age gap in the relationship that suits this type of RP which is likely to have a bit of a media element. Media would soak up something more shocking & that comes as more of a revelation- so is there a bigger revelation?
((BTW musical doesn't have to be like theatre, it can be a show like Glee et al))

really? you couldn't put musician? Because that would make more sense, considering singing is just focusing on the vocal part of being a musician
