~2014 Reading Challenge~ discussion

My plan is to read 50 books this year but i set my starter goal at 25 so if i don't reach 50 i wont be to disappointed :)

The first book i read was Showtime by Chloe Kayne
I gave it 5 stars

I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review...I can honestly say I LOVED IT!!!! I'm not into writing reviews that give spoilers, I'll just tell you it felt like a long read but well worth it. It was never boring or slow. Chloe Kayne painted a beautiful picture of living life with a circus in the 1920's

My second book was Peregrine Harker & The Black Death by Luke Hollands

I gave it 4 stars

Peregrine Harker & The Black Death is a fasted pace book about a boy reporter who goes out on a story only to be caught up in an action packed adventure....I would recommend this to younger grades preferable boys or even maybe adult that are just looking for a fun short story without a lot of thinking involved :)

just finished reading The Obsidian Dagger by Brad LaMar. I actually loved it :) I gave it 5 stars
It follows Brendan and Lizzie along with their father Oscar as they travel to Ireland to find out about their family history, that is until things get a little crazy and they have to defeat an evil witch! So much fun
