When not pretending to be a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, he ║smells like cigarettes. The other one, however, what he ║always looks as when he's undercover as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, ║is the perfect opposite. He wears sweaters, usually brown ║ones, and glasses. He arranges his hair too look a bit tousled ║or messy, and he wears contact lenses to change his eye color ║into a plain dark brown. He doesn't smirk, and he hides all ║usual habits like smoking.↓S.H.I.E.L.D. look.

║Methodical, intelligent and quirky. He's very good at acting, ║and can make spontaneous decisions. As a HYDRA with a ║high ranking, he's feared because he's cruel when it comes to ║decisions. He doesn't hesitate when it comes to torturing ║people for information, even if it's a former colleague. ║Highly intelligent, usually behind the scenes of action, he's ║one of the brains of the organization. He'll cut any enemy ║down, limb by limb, with a smile on his face. They never ║knew he's the one behind it all, until it's too late. ║Quinn's defining skill is that he's a crack shot. No matter ║where you are, what you're doing, if he has any kind of gun, ║he can shoot you. He's a master at technology, too, but his ║best expertise lie in guns. He grew up in a very privileged ║family, a normal but wealthy one. He had always been a ║thrill-seeker ever since he was young, and when he got asked ║to be a part of HYDRA, he didn't even hesitate. He didn't ║know what he was going into, not sure of the consequences ║until it came to a time he realized there was no more backing ║out. He had already carved a place, gone undercover, and ║killed too many people in cold blood. There was no more ║backing out, so he might as well do his best. At rare times, he ║feels guilty, but most often he doesn't. It was too late to back ║out. Only high ranking HYDRA knows what he looks like, ║others know only of his name "Q" and that he's one of the ║most intelligent among the highest ranks. He's there ║because he's dangerous, needed, and he just fits right in.

Jacqueline Rothenberg, commonly known as Miss Jacque, is one of the highest ranking HYDRA operative. Although she isn't normally associated with the word cruel, many below her have reason to fear her. Her intellect is stunning, revered by many, and ultimately securing her place as one of the top dog HYDRA agents. She's entirely based on logic, and rarely lets emotions affect her point of view on things. She's manipulative, good with words, and has been known to use seduction as one of her many tactics in getting information. Leading is something she was simply born to do, and she cannot stand to be told what to do unless it is something she entirely agrees with.
Jacque is known for using her young complexion to her advantage. She takes pride in her appearance, and often times finds her hobbies to be in fashion. Standing at a slender 5'7", she is nicely toned and agile. She will wear anything that looks good on her, whether it be a sleek blazer or a flaming red dress. Her hair is a dirty blond, verging a brown, and she has stormy grey eyes.
Not many people are aware of this, but Jacque is an ex-S.H.I.E.L.D. agent with a clearance level of 6. Although she joined them with good intention, she was eventually pulled away when her beliefs fell under Hydras, and not S.H.I.E.L.D.s. She began working for Hydra, under cover, for several months until she took on a mission that would ultimately reveal her true stance on Hydra. She no longer works under cover, but can be found out in the field fighting against S.H.I.E.L.D. agents every now and then.
Some would say that Jacque's intelligence is what sets her apart from others, and they would be right. Being rational is one of her admired traits, but she is also very skilled in hand to hand combat. She started martial arts as a teenager, and became sharper over the years.

┎──────────────────────────┒Florie is quite a strange young lady. She's confident yet has her many quirks. Sometimes she may seem antisocial, but really she just has very few people whom she considers her companions and thus feels no obligation to speak with everyone else. Florie is a bit unstable when it comes to her emotions, though she is usually seemingly so out of it that no one realizes.┖──────────────────────────┚

Florie has an attraction to the darkness that most people would find a bit psychotic, but she also has a different more caring side to her. She is overprotective of her twin brother, Croix, as he is of her. The Sigmound twins are infamous for their clandestine robberies and invisible hackings. Florine may look fairly useless, but she has the ability to hack into any system, however, she hasn't managed to crack S.H.I.E.L.D.'s systems yet.
Florie is the only daughter of Doctor James Sigmound and Cathy Sigmound. She's younger than her brother, Croix, by twelve minutes. The twins grew up under each other's protection. Their parents had been agents of HYDRA, their father being one of the research doctors investigating and researching the inhumans. Their mother had taken it upon herself to teach her children how to survive. She taught them hand-to-hand combat. While Croix prospered at that, Florie found herself more technologically oriented.
From a young age, Florie had a way with technology that could put the best technicians to shame. She could hack into almost any program or network thrown her way. She had even started helping with the rebuild of HYDRA's network with the other technicians, even though she didn't contribute much, she learned things that would eventually become valuable to her. Once the system had been updated it could have very well competed with S.H.I.E.L.D.'s network.
When Florie and Croix were fourteen they had begun on their path of petty robberies and break in, using the skills given to them appropriately. While they had been robbing one of the research labs for their father, S.H.I.E.L.D. had found their parents lab. By the time the twins had returned, everything had been decimated. They only thing they had found was a shell that had S.H.I.E.L.D. inscribed on it. Filled with white rage,vthey had sworn vengeance for their parents.
Seeing as they were still minors they had to go live with another family that had absolutely no connections with HYDRA. Their entire life and being was diminished. They had to become normal children. However, it wasn't all bad. They had managed to fit in and the grudge had become put into storage for when they were older.
By the time Florie and Croix were seventeen they were lethal. Although they were suppose to be normal children they still put their skills to the test, Florie was playing around with random security networks and gathering different blackmail intel, while Croix was doing what Croix did best. He was the enforcer. Alone the twins wouldn't have made it that far, but together the pair could cause loads of trouble.
Secretly Florie had continued her father's research, not that she could make much sense of any of it. She was a tech genius not a doctor, but nonetheless she continued trying to make sense of the scribbles in her father's journals. Alas, without HYDRA they remained meaningless. At least they did until schematics for a machine that would use inhuman DNA to give humans powers appeared at the back of his journal. That was something Florie understood. She could understand machinery. Although even though she finally understood something from her father's notes there was no way of creating this thing, this contraption. Not without HYDRA and once again Florie felt lost.
Two years later, they were nineteen and had been on their own for almost a month. They had found HYDRA once again. The twins found familiar faces that they had never met before. It didn't matter if they knew them or not. They felt at home. Florie and Croix hadn't immediately been accepted but by they time they were twenty they were once again, back in training. Florie gave the scientists her father's journal and thus began the restart of Project Exodus. However, after the accident it was ended quickly.
Florie is higher up in the chain of command, being as she is essential. She may not be the smartest among the other commanders and she does consult her brother frequently, so although Croix is just the muscle, he in sense shares Florie's position.

James was born into a world full of riches and luxury but it was never enough for him. He always wanted more, more money, more power, more recognition. But his parents tried to tamper that side of him. So much so that he learnt to hide his greed beneath a veneer of compassion and charm. As a young child he was different from the other children and not in a good way. He was a bully who watched the other children before striking- he never seriously harmed anyone at this age and everyone was two afraid of him to stand up to him. The teachers in class were unnerved by the fact he rarely ever blinked but just labelled him as a weird kid. As he grew older his parents became worried about their son and the aggression he displayed and were advised to send him to classes that allowed him to take out his aggression- he father took him shooting and his mother to archery but none of it seemed to help, other than to give him a whole new arsenal to play with. He was a lot more cunning now that he was older and knew how to get caught, so he went back to his school yard bullying but this time with guns. He never killed anyone through. His obsession with weaponry didn't go unnoticed by his teachers and they recommended he changed schools, so his parents took him out of the public system for good and home-schooled him. His father giving him extra training with weapons because it was the only thing that seemed to stop his son from acting out and he didn't want anyone to get hurt. So James received more training in the things that interested him but he also started paying more attention to his classes and applied his intelligence to them, getting high grades in everything he took at exam level. These grades along with his skills with weapons caught the eye of Hydra who recruited him and trained him. He had his first kill at age 18 and things went from there. He developed a mask of tough love to hide his psychotic tendencies and as he got older his intelligence helped him build up through the ranks until he was near the top and the one ordering strikes. It was here his intelligence and tactical thinking came in most useful but things went wrong a couple of years ago. An double agent was caught in SHIELD and in order to keep his position he had to infiltrate the agency and take over the agents job of feeding information back and destroying SHIELD from the inside. He has slowly worked his way up the ranks to level 5 and hopes to be promoted to level 6 sometime in the future so he can take down his enemies.

┎──────────────────────────┒As her name suggests she has a temper. Scratch that, temper doesn't begin to describe what she has. Bottom line is don't get on her bad side. She isn't much of a people person and would much rather be left alone. She typically shows disdain or boredom and despite her young and innocent appearance, she's anything but innocent or pure. She can easily be your worst nightmare. Even towards her family members she shows distaste as if they left a bad flavor lingering on her tongue.┖──────────────────────────┚

She's a vicious girl only thinking of herself and revenge. She seems much more mature than one would expect for a girl who liked the age she does. Though she isn't one who should be trusted. If it suites her interests, she'd easily betray anyone, including her family. She shows little to no loyalty towards anyone.
To add onto her bad attitude is her aggressive and sometimes abusive behavior. Due to her sin, her temper is catastrophically horrendous. She is feisty and is like the incarnation of the deadly sin, Wrath.
The flip side to her personality is the sadistic and surprising charming suave performance. She uses her appearance to her advantage and this makes her all the more deadly. She also tends to be a bit calmer when listening to music. She's manipulative especially when it comes to men. Although aggressive she can also be easily played. She wants something secure and thus sometimes she does attach herself to others. In specific another agent, only one in S.H.I.E.L.D.
Ira's family never left a big impact on her life. They raised her until she was three then they disappeared. Both parents had died in a house fire as did her younger brother, Neil. What many don't realize was that Ira and Nathan, her older brother, were the ones who purposely started the fire. Nathan was fourteen at the time, he told his little sister stories from which she grew disdainful of her family. They ended up living with their aunt and uncle in Europe.
After a couple years her older brother seemed to disappear also, though once again no evidence tied that sweetheart to the crime. She was then shipped off to boarding school. HYDRA had caught whiff of Ira while she played the innocent school girl by the time she was seventeen/eighteen she had become an initiate of HYDRA and is currently still one.
She has grown attached to a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. She has grown interested in him. Finding him quite intriguing. She had kept the fact that she was from HYDRA from him, and even though she tried to keep that a secret some things just never remained secret for long.

✈ personalitySasha is an interesting character. She's sweet, kind, caring and careful (not rushing into things without thinking). She's seen as a carefree spirit that likes to enjoy life many HYDRA agents envy her because of this. What most people don't know is that that's just the mask of her true personality. She's the exact opposite of her fake personality. She is the commanding type, who treats her comrades as mere pawns for a "means to an end". She's a cunning person that always has a plan for everything. She uses her sweet personality to fool others and once she's finished with them and has everything she wants from that person, she... deposes of them.
✈ backgroundSasha has had a pretty good life. She had a mother, a father and a big brother; everything a cunning little girl could want.
From a young age Sasha didn't like the company of others, it bothered her, the sound, the jokes that everyone laughed at even if they weren't at all that funny. She despised it, and it equaled in her not liking her family. Her mother was to caring, her father was to jovial and her brother... well, he was strict, but her took everything so lightly. However, she learned that playing the innocent good girl would come in handy. She wrapped her entire family around her little finger and used it whenever she wanted.
At school, many people would consider themselves as her friend. Oh, how wrong they were, the only friend Sasha had was Sasha. As the years went on she grew bored of lying to everyone but she knew she had to keep the act up, she had to. What good would it be if she did something reckless? People would have a chance to blackmail her if she did, and she didn't want that. She liked having power, she liked being in control, which is one of the many reasons she joined HYDRA.
✈ job / abilitiesInitiate. Sasha has been an initiate for HYDRA exactly one month, twelve days, four hours and thirteen seconds. She is one of the many people that are very precise in HYDRA. To some people, it's helpful, while to others it's plain annoying. What does she do? Field training, and for the minute she isn't doing so well, she likes to manipulate people with words, not violence.

Neha is a slight girl with dark wavy hair and coffee toned hair. She is the perfect model of an indian girl. Her eyebrows are perfectly shaped and her brown eyes allow her to be a perfect, sweet, beautiful young women. Until she allows her real self to shine. She then can look menacing or cold. And if you really look, you can see muscles, barely noticeable, but there. There is much more to her than you can see… and that is her goal.
Personality
She is friendly, humorous and kind at home and during leisure time. When she is working, she is cold, merciless, and entirely devoted. 3:00 in the afternoon, asked to stay overtime that night? Sure. 3:00 on Saturday, asked to come in? Absolutely not, this is her break. She is like two different people at work and at home, but if her friends see her during work, they can see the real Neha under the cold covering. Because Neha is like a triple layered personality. She can easily pretend to be warm and happy during intelligence operations. But back at HYDRA, she is ruthless. But then, that isn't her. She is complex, but on the inside, she is kind. Her moral compass searches for the right path, and believes it has found it. She struggled with HYDRA methods of interrogation, but slowly grew immune to the screams and pleas– and hatred. She longs for friends, people who understand her, who are like her, who appreciate her and know who she really is.

Her ability to change appearance. Neha has always been underestimated or overestimated. At HYDRA, she is perceived as cold and ruthless, even though she is at low clearance levels. She is thought to be able to work her way up. The word is she could kill her own mother in cold blood. But this is an overestimation. Neha isn't nearly that cruel, nor would she be able to do any of that. Yet she is underestimated too. She is thought to be a pretty face by citizens, just a passerby. Organizations spied on take her as too pretty, too small, too smart to be dangerous. By putting on her glasses and brandishing a Cal Tech diploma (16 years old, Summer courses) in one hand and laptop in the other, she is taken for the every day nerd.
Unrelated to appearance, she can not fire a gun. She does not want to learn how to shoot a gun either; she loathes them. But she is a good archer, as her parents had her take archery lessons as a child.

She grew up with the best. Her future was preset: she would receive straight A's, become a doctor, get married, and repeat the cycle with a new generation. So, she got math tutoring, cello lessons, took Shakespeare classes at the university, even played soccer, so she would be well rounded. She got straight A's, and her parents loved it. Neha was happy. Then, her workload doubled. She entered an IB high school, and the work was easy for her. She entered a Cal Tech through the online courses, and took mechanical engineering. Her parents, although not pleased at the field, reconciled themselves at the fact that engineering was still good. At the age of 18, she met a boy, her age. Her parents told her that they had arranged for her marriage. This wasn't an unpredictable event; she had known it would happen for years. Neha sat, talked. He was nice. He would do. But then, her parents left. They let the two of them get to know each other. And the details of that conversation are buried deep in her mind, her being unable or unwilling to dig them out. What she remembers is his ideas, his thoughts, his opinions on interrogation, crime, terrorism, punishment. She thought it was wrong, unjust, to torture, in addition to other opinions. She also remembered him saying he agreed with S,H.I.E.L.D. Neha did some research. She discovered SHIELD, and discovered that her fiancé knew nothing about their ideals. But in the process, she discovered HYDRA. And their trainees. She decided that she couldn't complete the cycle, she couldn't marry her fiancé. So she left, and went to HYDRA. She went through the initiation process, and she did it. She made her own life, broke out of the cycle, followed her own path. She devoted her whole life to becoming HYDRA's perfect model, only reverting to the smart, witty, teenager she used to be in private.
