Kylee woke up around nine the following morning. Felix was still asleep next to her. Very quietly, Kylee slipped out of bed and into the kitchen to make herself some coffee.
Sydney woke to the sound of her cell ringing. She got up and answered.
"Hullo?" She said groggily.
"Hey. It's me." Her sisters voice said.
"Sahara? Where are you? Did you ever come home last night?" She said.
"No. But- I'm okay. I went out last night it was amaaaazing!" She said.
"Get your butt back here now!" Sydney said.
"I know, but does mom know that I'm not there?"
"I told her that you spent the night at Hanna's." Sydney said.
"Good. I'll be home in a minute."

Kylee walked out of the kitchen- and straight into Felix. "Ah!" She shrieked, as her coffee flew everywhere. He caught the cup just before it hit the ground. It was too late, however, to do anything about the scalding liquid that had hit both of them. "Sorry." Felix said. Kylee smiled. "It's ok. There's more in the pot, and I was going to take a shower anyways." Felix laughed at that, and Kylee smiled. She then walked into the bathroom and locked the door behind her. Coffee was a pain to get out of hair.
Sydney sighed and hung up. She started her morning routine: putting on deodorant, brushing her teeth, washing her face, etc. When she was fully ready, she sat down at her desk and pulled out her journal. She usually wrote down the whole week's events on Sunday. She wanted to document her life so she wouldn't forget it when she was old and wrinkly.
Kylee finished her shower, and walked back into the kitchen. "It's your turn." She called to Felix, as she was pouring herself a new cup of coffee. "Ok." He said.A few minutes later, Kylee could hear the water running. She sat down on the couch to watch some more gossip girl.
((Not really. Middle aged couples fight more. And you're forgetting Felix will be celebrating his 801st birthday in december.))
She started writing. "Monday started out like a completely normal day. It ended a disaster..." She wrote about Felix and Will, and Kylee and Felix killing Jack, her sister's meltdown, Vanessa- basically everything that had happened in the week.
((lololol. 801!! jeez... does he have the mind of an old man, or an 18 year old? Just wonderin.))
In about a half hour, Felix joined her. Kylee suddenly had an idea. "Want to go running?" She asked him. "We can't." He responded, confused. "There's too many people out."
"I know a trail." Kylee said. "It's in the woods, nobody ever goes there."
"Um, sure then." Felix said. "That would be great, actually."
They quickly got dressed to go out, and were soon out in, basically, the middle of nowhere. "Wanna race?" Kylee asked.
"Sure," Felix said, and then he took off.
((18 year old. They never grow, and they don't really mature much... They have all the memories, though, and a sick vocabulary. He's around 20ish in maturity levels. I think.))
She looked up when she heard her door open. In came Sahara. "Where were you? What happened?" Sydney asked her.
"I was out. Nothing happened. I fell asleep at the house!" She said.
"Just go shower or something. You smell like... Have you been DRINKING!" Sydney hissed.
"No! Someone spilled some beer on me..." She said. "I'll go shower now." She scurried out of the room, then.
Sydney rolled her eyes and sat back down.

((lolz. He seems to have the maturity level of a dick. JK's!!! I'll delete this comment if u want...))
About ten minutes later, Kylee slowed down. "Ok!" She yelled. "You win!" She had been running her fastest and STILL couldn't catch up to Felix.
A few minutes later, she got back up and went downstairs. She was feeling weird. Kind of like time was slowing down and anything that happened wouldn't matter to her.
Felix ran back to where Kylee was standing; leaning against a tree. "It's no fair." She exhaled. "You have 800 years on me." He smiled at that. "Hey, you were pretty fast too.""Yeah. Sure." Kylee snorted.
She sat down on the couch, and crossed her legs, the way she used to do in kindergarten. She sat and stared into space, kind of like a blind person.
"It's true." Felix said, pulling her closer to himself and kissing her. Kylee moaned against his lips and pressed herself closer. As much as she tried to ignore it, there was a part of her that wondered how long they would have together, and she wanted to make the most of it.
Mom? She sent to her mom's head. When are you going to tell Sahara?
When your father get's back. Came the reply.
Alright... She disconnected from her mom's mind.

"So, what do we do now?" Kylee asked."Hm..." Felix said, pondering.
"We could do something human." She suggested.
"Like?" He asked her.
"Uh..." Kylee said, trailing off. Wow. They led really boring lives.
Vanessa opened her eyes a little bit. Damn, she thought, how much blood did the stupid vamp take from her?
Vanessa simply glared at Sydney. She wasn't sure if she had the energy to talk, and she wasn't going to embarrass herself by trying. It was hard enough to keep up the glare.
"I'll just be over here..." She sat down on the couch opposite Vanessa, and put her hands on her lap. "How much blood did Kylee take? You look horrible. But then again, you always look horrible."
"Nice, Glinda. Looks like you aren't so good after all. Then again, we already knew that, didn't we?" Vanessa croaked.
"I never tried to be good, or seem good, or any of that crap." Vanessa said. "You're trying every day."
