Finish That Series discussion

Boy, this group kind of died out a bit. Here's my attempt to resuscitate it!

How is this beautiful May going for everyone in regards to your series goal? I'm doing pretty well. I managed to knock out one of my trilogies in a readathon at the beginning of this month. Woot! So far this year, I've completed two of my series and read a bunch more in the rest.

So that's how I'm doing so far. And I'm actually going to be starting A Feast for Crows this Wednesday with Mel of The Book Moo. Hopefully we'll have it finished by early July at the latest. *fingers crossed* I am really loving the books I've lined up for myself so far! Except The Maze Runner trilogy, but I decided to take that one off and replace it with the Red Rising trilogy. I've only read the first book but its already a hundred times better! Lol.

So how are you all doing so far? =)

What is the order that you read The Mortal Instruments and the infernal devices in? I have both series and don't know where to actually start. Plus I have the Bane Chronicles. I am lost with those series.

I have read 9 series so far. I am happy with it. I am in the middle of Throne of Glass right now and I am at Chainfire in the Sword of Truth Series. I still have a ton of series left on my shelf though. I just go where the mood takes me as far as which series I pick up next.

I actually haven't read the Mortal Instruments series or the Bane Chronicles yet. But when I heard about Cassandra Clare's shadowhunter books I decided I'd start with the Infernal Devices trilogy. Next I'll read the Mortal Instruments series then the Bane Chronicles. I know some people go about it a bit more technically but I can't recall exactly how.

9 series already?! Wow, that's very impressive! Oo! Let me know how you felt about Throne of Glass. I just bought it a little while ago and have been considering adding it to my series goal once I get a couple more of them checked off the list.

I can't believe how quickly this year is going by. It feels like it was still February just yesterday. Lol.

Throne of Glass was slow for me but Crown of Midnight was so amazing! I am reading Heir of Fire right now and can't really get into but I think it's just because it's a gigantic book.

I've read The Infernal Devices trilogy, the Chaos Walking trilogy, The Maze Runner trilogy, I'm caught up with The Lunar Chronicles, The Archived trilogy, The Twixt series, the Dorothy Must Die trilogy, and next month I plan on finishing The Mortal Instruments series and the Mara Dyer trilogy.

I have finished/gotten up to date with 11 series as of June 4th :)

To be completely honest, I started strong (because I was so excited about this group) and then because I didn't have any real accountability I ended up starting new series instead of focusing on finishing series :( (excuses, excuses) SO, I'm happy to see that this group is being revived. I'll stop rambling and get to it now...

I have finished 4 series so far. Does anyone have a list of what the little "medals" awarded are for how many series? The video where she mentioned it is way too long ago to go look for it, and it never got posted here that I'd seen (previously). I was hoping to do 5 or 6 series, still a possibility, if I really work at it.

Just finished another series! Currently two books into Grisha, Throne of Glass and The Fever Series... not at all what I was supposed to be reading but whatever :)
