Arden stepped out into the front yard and smiled, enjoying the warm sun on her skin. She could already feel her strength growing by just stepping into the light. Her eyes wandered around, looking at the students that were conversing or the other X-Men.

(( No problem! ))
June huddled right behind the back door, ready to inact her plan. 3... 2... 1... GO! June launched the door open and leapd into the air. However, instead of falling down again, she used her power to make the wind push her forward and upwards, blasting her up. She looked down for a good landing spot, and found one right next to another X-Man who she had vaguely heard of before, Aren or something like that? She used the wind to blast her downwards, but at the last second a few feet before hitting the ground, she used one last blast of air to lessen the impact, and landed gracefully on the ground. "HELLO PEOPLE!" She shouted, giving an air punch and then low bows. "JUNE IS IN THE HOUSE!" She shouted, a tired but pleased smile on her face. "Yo, Aren, what'dya think?" She asked, a little out of breath.
Arden looked up with a quirked eyebrow, a small smirk growing on her lips, "It's Arden, but Hey June." She said with a small laugh. She had seen the other girl throughout the school but had never really officially met her, "Neat trick you got there." She told her.

June managed to catch her breath, and smiled excitedly at Arden. "Right, Arden, got it!" She said, though wether or not she'd actually remember mostly depended on the kind of impression Arden left. When he complimented her little stunt, she smiled even wider, already imagining her next trick. "Next time do you think I should implement flips or spins? Or both?" She asked him hurriedly, already eager to go try it out. Ooh, wait, what if she could convince someone to lend their powers to the trick? "Hurry remind what your powers are!" She said, not really staying on one subject for very long, but eh. She never really was one for an attention span.
Arden smiled slightly as she pushed her hair from her eyes, "Both. Definitely both." She told her brightly, enjoying the conversation. As the girl rambled, "Light Manipulation." Arden reminded her with a small laugh, "It's not much."

June made a mental note to show Arden when she mastered her next trick. "Yes! Both! Perfect!" June bounced up and down, already eager to get started, plans forming in her mind. "Hmm... Light manipu- Ah! I got it Can you shine a spotlight on me?" June asked hurriedly, but before even waiting for an answer, she shot herself upwards, twirling around in the process, and hoped Arden would be able to think fast and make her look glowy or shiny or anything to enhance the rick really.
Arden watched as June took off into the air again, a soft chuckle escaping her lips as she slowly shook her head. With a small flick of her hand, a bright light surrounded June. With another tweak of her wrist bright flecks of light joined the spot light. Arden kept her concentration on June as her now glowing eyes looked across the yard once again. She had a feeling that if some of the teachers knew what was going on, they would flip.

June wasn't dissapointed, and as she reached the arch of her path, she found a dazzling light surrounding her. "Aaaaawesoooome!" She shouted, doing a quick midair flip before falling down again. Letting a small puff of wind slow her fall, the second she the the earth she tackle hugged Arden. "Oh my gosh that was amazing!" She exclaimed excitedly, knowing that this girl would definitely stick in her memory from now on. Holding the girl back at arm's length, she was practically bouncing up and down with uncontainable energy and excitement. "Your officially awesome!" June squealed.
Arden let out a sharp breath of air as she was tackled, a laugh escaping her lips soon after, "Yeah it was!" She agreed as she watched the excited girl. Arden was glad she had met June, knowing that a good friendship was growing right now. As June complimented her, Arden laughed slightly, "Not as awesome as you though." She told her as she pushed her hair from her eyes, which have stopped glowing.
For Darren, early morning was really the only time for him to leave the quiet sanctity of his bedroom. The front yard was usually where he could be found - the air was cold and crisp, a light layer of mist covered the floor, the sun was covered by the trees surrounding the school... But above all, it was quiet. It was an oppertunity for him to reflect upon his thoughts, and observe the utter dreariness of life. But not today.
The teen was awoken from his half-slumber by girlish shrieking and laughing. He turned his head slightly, allowing himself to lay eyes on the cause. June. Of course. He flicked his dyed black hair out of his eyes in annoyance, and leaned back in his chair. If only he had brought his earplugs...

(( Idk, for now we only have like 3 people out here, but perhaps eventually. And then June could show off her new trick XD But anyway, it's my post, but if Nat's fine with it, I can have June bring Darren into the conversation! ))

((The order is fine with me.))

June wasn't one for blushing, so instead she smiled even more brightly at the compliment. "Well, I am pretty awe-" June saw something out of thee corner of her eye, causing her to lose all interest in her sentence, and looked around to where she saw the movement. It was a boy! Someone who she vaguely remembered. Wasn't he a student or something? Well, he honestly wasn't much younger than June, so she wouldn't mind going over to talk. "C'mon!" She shouted to Arden before giving a tiny hop and blasting herself towards the boy.
Landing with a small roll, she leaped up to her feet as soon as she completed the stunt, and found herself just a little bit more to the right than she had orginally intended. But that didn't damper her mood, of course. "Hi- er- uh... Jarren!" She said, once again not quite remembering his name. Well, she could hardly be blamed. If people did interesting things more regularly where she could see them, then she might bother with names, but otherwise it was just too much of a hassle to remember their names by memorizing them, especially without actually people to attribute the names to.
"Nice morning, huh?" She asked, her smile never once faltering. She held out her hand for him to shake, and looked just about ready to blast herself up in the air again the moment he took hold.
Arden chuckled slightly as she followed June. When she came up, she eyed the boy. He looked some what familiar, probably being seen around the school while she was passing through. Even though Arden was an X-Men, she still enjoyed hanging out with some of the students and was great friends with most of them, "It's Darren." She corrected June with a bright smile.

Georgie stomped outside because she heard high pitched voices from across the school. Her emotions were pretty high that day so she couldn't concentrate on blocking people out. So she would try the old fashioned way, yelling at them "Would you please be quiet?" Georgie said practically shouting "I can hear you from across the freaking school!" She continued letting her emotions take control pretty soon she would lose control and shed start hearing things from across the country.
Darren raised his head. How bad could some healthy communication be? However, just as he was about to speak, another voice entered the fray.*Insert speech from last comment here.*
Well, the girl had a point. Barely anyone was up yet... He stayed quiet, as per normal, to see what would happen next.

"Right, got it, Darren than!" June was prepared to just latch onto his hand with her own and then blast them into the air, but then she heard another voice. Turning around excitedly, she spotted another girl, another student which had yet to give her a reason to remember her actual name. "Hiiiiiiii Georgia!" She shouted. Giving a tiny hop, she once again blasted herself towards Georgie, but this time went far past her destination, instead landing behind the girl. Quickly twirling around, June smiled excitedly. "What were you saying again?" June asked, though it was obvious she had only come over here because she had wanted to try out that trick again. After all, it sounded like the girl had been scolding her for something. But then again, she could always blast herself away if the girl got too boring.
Arden watched the everything quietly. It was true that June was being quiet loud for so early but Arden didn't let it show, just the small smile on her face was the only emotion coming from the girl. As June once again said the wrong name, Arden kept herself from correcting her. She knew Georgie but not personally, she had yet to find the chance. Just her mutation and the fact that she is Russian. Arden looked at Darren, "Don't got much to say?" She asked.
Georgie was going to lose it at any moment her emotions were already starting to bubble over she could feel her walls starting to crumble. She could hear people breathing from the next town over. Their heartbeats pounded in her ears her breaking point though was when the first girl yelled her name the last bit of whatever bit of wall she had left collapsed the next words the girl spoke was like a foghorn sounding in her ears. "Make it stop." She pleaded holding her hands to her ears as she collapsed to her knees. "Make it stop!" She screamed though whether it was one they could hear she couldn't be sure. Everything around her intensified to the hundred fold. Finally her knees buckled beneath her and she collapsed onto what should've been soft comforting grass was just another phase of torture for her at least this time she didn't screamed even though each blade of grass felt like broken glass against her skin. "Stop." She whispered she was now hallucinating "Please don't hurt me any more." She said clawing at the ground with her hands. Finally she just stopped she had finally gotten control of emotions and everything went back to normal. Her head no longer pounded with noises. The grass no longer felt like it was cutting her skin. If you hadn't been there just moments earlier you never would've known that she had lost control. She knew she would have to look up eventually but for now she just wanted to lay there and rein in her emotions because when she next spoke she would be a completely different person.
Darron crouched down and gently put a hand on her shoulder.'Are you okay?'
((Smallest comment of the weeek!))

June had been expecting some form of annoyance, perhaps being yelled at or scolded or just generally having rude words tossed at her, but she certainly hadn't expected... that. For once, June had absolutely no idea what to say or do, so she stood stock still, her eyes widening by the second. Wind began to gently blow her hair upwards as a result of her nervous uncertainty, and honestly she would have liked to just blast herself away to avoid any problems. After all, it was what she did with all of her own problems, more or less.
But she couldn't, because this wasn't her own problem. This was somebody else's seemingy immense pain, and it seemed like it just might have been because of her. But still, June didn't really know how to comfort the girl. She had never really bothered, so instead she mumbled an apology, as if that would make things better. "Sorry..." Even as the girl appeared to stop being in pain, June felt guilty, so instead of looking anyone in the eye, she took an uncertain step backwards, focusing her eyes on the ground. If things got too out of hand, she would simply blast herself away. That was just how June delt with problems. And perhaps it would be better for everybody if she just left now... She took another uncertain step backwards.
Arden tensed as Georgie's screams filled the yard, quickly making her way over. Her protectiveness had come out and as she knelled next to her, she kept an eye out to make sure no one came to close, "Georgie." She whispered as she went to reach out but stopped herself, "Are you okay?" Arden could see June freeze behind her so she looked back, "June. It's okay." She told her, almost sternly to make sure no one else would freak out.
Georgie tensed up when she felt a hand on her shoulder. She waited for the hand to pick her up and throw her across the room but it never did. That's when she finally realized where she was again. She was at the X-Men's mansion the people who had taught her were dead and the ones who weren't well they probably didn't want anything to do with her or so she hoped. Either way they were far away from where she was now and they wouldn't be able to hurt her. She sat up and moved the hand off her shoulder not hard or anything just a little gesture that said that she didn't want his hand there. Finally having full control of her emotions she delved into her senses which considering what had just happened might not have been the best idea but anyways she finally spoke "Does it look like I'm ok?" She said giving was it a him she thought he was by the tone of his voice a pointed look. Honestly she knew she looked terrible her hair was all over the place, her eyes were probably red and puffy she looked like a total wreck. She turned to who the other person called June. "I'm alright June." She said softly her defensive tone gone. "Y-you surprised me that's all." She said pulling her knees to her chest. "I'm sorry I didn't me-mean t-to fresco ilium like that." She said keeping her eyes to the floor
The nineteen year old gave a small nod of his head, hiding whatever he was feeling under a mask of seriousness.. What was he doing? Not only had he spoken in public which for him was completely out of character, but had also shown more than a trace of emotion. What had compelled him to do this for somebody he barely, if at all, knew? Maybe being sociable hadn't been such a good idea, after all... He stood back up, absent mindedly swiping a stray strand of hair away from his eyes. Perhaps he wasn't completely to blame. After all, it wasn't every day somebody breaks down in front of you seconds after she storms into your vicinity in a blaze of fury.

June nodded at Arden's words, but continued slowly backing up. Where had she gone wrong? She had come out, did some tricks, and admittedly she had been a little loud, but still, this? June didn't want to deal with this. In fact, she hardly ever delt with the consequences of her actions, but when Georgie said she was alright, then, and only then, did June stop backing up. She didn't come closer, just stopped backing away was all. She still wasn't positive if this was a safe area for her to be in right now.
"N-no, I probably should have been a little quieter..." June murmured, still avoiding eye contact. Was this her social cue to go apologize? If so, how should she do it? God, things were so much easier at parties when everybody was drunk and dancing. June glanced over her shoulder, a little relieved that no one had been watching. Turning her head back to Georgie, she took a tiny step forward. "I-I'm, s- I'm, s-sorry... about, y'know, that..." June never had been very good at apologies, and today was no exception, but it was the thought that counted, right? June just hoped everybody thought that way.
