On a summer day, almost the whole world disappeared. All but 6 towns vanished a few months ago, along with anyone over the age of 20 or under the age of 2. Everyone stopped aging, and all the area surrounding the remaining towns turned into a barren wasteland. All the remaining people call this The Disappearance. 5 of the towns, January, May, July, October, and December suddenly turned very strange, each becoming different from the others. The towns are all very close to each other, with January, May, July, October, and December forming a pentagon, with Utopia in the center of the pentagon.

Each town held a vote, and elected two people as it's leaders, one male and one female. Once a month, all the leaders meet up in a building in Utopia to discuss survival. Nobody knows what happened to the rest of the world, or the people under 2 and over 20. But they can't concentrate on solving this mystery, because they're too busy trying to survive.

January
It's always raining, day and night, in January. There's a lot of nature in January. Animals, lakes, small forests. January is one of the smaller towns, with trees almost everywhere. It has the largest water supply, and mostly sells meat, animals, and fur clothes.

May
It's always extremely windy in May. The people in May are in charge of delivering supplies from one town to another using delivery trucks. Most of the older people in May are always busy doing this. May also has the only school in all of the 6 towns, where all people below the age of 16 study.

July
It's very hot 24/7 in the town of July. July is one of the larger towns, and food seems to grow very well there. There are lots of farms in July, just because the food grows well. Almost everyone in July is a farmer, and works a lot.

October
It's always dark in October, like night time. People have to carry flashlights or lamps everywhere, because despite the fact that the sun is in the sky, no light shines on October. However, October is the largest town, so many people still live there. There isn't much nature in this town, it consists mostly of buildings, and some factories that still produce supplies.

December
It's always very cold and snowing in December. The people have to wear very warm clothing to keep from freezing, and there's a fire in just about every house. December isn't a large town, or a small town, it's simply a medium sized town. December supplies clothing for all the towns.

Utopia
Utopia is the most normal of the towns. It never rains or snows and the temperature is perfect. However, Utopia is the smallest of the towns, with very few homes and places. The people in Utopia rely on all the other towns for resources. All of the leaders meet up once a month in Utopia.
