Paulette I would like to know if other subscribers to Bookmarks Magazine has had trouble getting a hold of them. I did not receive my May/June copy and no one answers their calls. It is an answering machine and they do not return the call. I have also emailed them several times and did not receive any kind of acknowledgement. Are they going out of business? That is the only reason I can see why they won't get back to me.

Betsy (ebburtis) | 1291 comments I missed an issue a few months ago, but never remembered to follow up on it with them. I did get May/June. I've heard that others have missed issues, but from what I recall Bookmarks was responsive. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

Valerie (quillmenow) | 1 comments They may have extended their holiday! I called them on a Sunday a few years ago and someone answered the phone. Keep trying!

LynnB The only time I missed getting a magazine they were very quick to respond, but that was over a year ago.

LynnB I just checked their website which seems to be up-to-date and active. Maybe it was the holiday.

Paulette I finally did hear from them and they are sending the issue to me. I originally tried to call them/email them a couple of weeks ago. But I should get it now.

Jeana (jeanalovesbooks) | 45 comments I missed an issue a few months ago. I called them and had a replacement within the week. I have always received excellent customer service.

Same with me on the last (not the present) issue.

Paulette I got my missing magazine. I hope that was just a fluke because I love the magazine. It took a couple of weeks but I think emailing is the best bet.
