Summer Reading Book Club discussion

Has anyone started reading yet?! Have you met Daemon yet?!

I have read most of this series. I absolutely find these books hard to put down. They do keep your intrest. Yes, I have met Daemon Black but only in the book. He is truly a super sexy attitudinal pain in the butt. His piercing green eyes would draw me in and make me melt every time.

I started reading the book yesterday and so far I am in love with Daemon's character... I do not know why so many people hate him, he may be pain in the ass sometimes but that what makes him so amazing to me.

i absolutely love daemon. i will fight anyone who says otherwise! i recognize he has flaws but i honestly dont care. i love him anyway.

these books are SO HARD TO PUT DOWN. do you have a fancast for daemon? i love him so much omg.

I might be a little out of my league here but what is a "fancast"? Could someone please explain it to me. Thanks!

do you have an actor that you picture as daemon? fancast is a real life person who looks similar to what you picture a character to look like.

Oh, ok got it thanks. For me I picture Daemon looking like Ian Somerhalder just with green eyes. I know that may be sort of tacky, but for me he would be the ultimate male plus he has a little attitude as well.

i love ian! i actually think my fan cast is Steven Kelly. his eyes and hair are so perfect

He definitely is cute but I think because of my age I have a tendency put an older man into that roll of Daemon.

I'm currently on book 3 and I started the series Sunday evening. So definitely hard to put down.
And Daemon, oh man. I hate that character and I love that character at the same time. Perfect fancast for me would be Nick Bateman with his 6'4 of abs and that hair.

my issue is that i make all of my book boys look like Nick Bateman. it doesnt matter if theyre blonde with blue eyes.. im like yep youre gonna be nick. HES SO ATTRACTIVE HELP

For me, I imagined Drew Fuller as Daemon, I do not know why he resembles the man in the cover somehow, so... yep!

I keep picturing him as Ian Somerhalder too, probably because of his name.
