Okay to make up for that, it took a while, but I think I found a real one, Dragon Dawn by Deborah O'Neill Cordes. I haven't read it, but it's $4 or free if you've got Kindle Unlimited.

Not specifically a VF book, but I remember enjoying Harry Harrison's West of Eden series back in the day.
The best two things about this book are the cover, and the Goodreads reviews. Especially the "academic" one. I almost sprayed wine all over my monitor from laughing so hard.
Deflecting towards PG rated dino activity for a moment....my guy is currently playing an alpha called ARK: survival evolved. You can tame, hunt along side, and saddle and ride your very own pet dinosaur. It's very interesting looking.
I found Delta Pavonis
in the half price bin at the Strand bookstore in NYC. Didn't buy it, but if you look at the cover, a triceratops and t-rex are hanging out among the spaceships. The plot seems to involve future humans exploring other planets for possible colonization ... and they land on one that is populated by dinosaurs! No clue if there are any sexytimes, inter-species or otherwise.
Apparently, reading too much porny dino fiction will alter how you watch Jurassic World:http://smartbitchestrashybooks.com/re...

Eridahn by Robert F Young is a rather short sci-fi novel including dinosaurs. And if you read all the way to the end, it's also a bit romantic. :P
Accidentally started reading this one not knowing what it involved. I think it fits in this topic."Touched By Venom" by Janine Cross. Oh myyy.

Hahah, I was just thinking, now that I've read Rapeasaurus Rex, or whatever that alt porn title is, I'm not going to be able to face Jurassic World no matter how many Chris Pratts are in it! Thanks for sharing the SmartBitches link!
