HAHAHAHA the group rules just killed me.

Hi everyone! I'm sorry I've been AWOL lately, April was a terrible month and May was swamped! But I'm so excited this is still on! I'm starting reading tonight! Has anyone started yet?

I'm having such a bad reading month, I haven't finished anything I've started. I read the tiniest bit of House of Leaves but I just can't move forward. I'm just not in the mood. Omg please help me guys.

Girl, I was in the same boat last month AND the month before. I haven't filmed in so long, and the number of books I've finished in the last two months is embarrassing.
BUT, it's a good time and a great way to get back on your grind!
Where have you stopped?
Also, if anyone is interested in like, a group text to talk instantly about the book, I'm so into that.

Are you thinking something like Voxer? I just signed up for it and I'm using it for a buddyread right now, it's super helpful. =)

And I'm only 30 pages in AND ITS SO COOL. I'm already hooked. I mean... I read so slowly because I think every time I turn a page I fan the entire thing to look at how big it is and cry... But well get there. Nadira if you can push yourself to read like 20 pages in it might help! Cuz it's kinda like a mystery which might make you think I NEED TO FIND OUT MORE!

Voxer is this super cool (and free) app, where you can instantly talk and text with people from all over the world. I just got it and it's pretty neat. If that doesn't work, we can always try Facebook messenger?

I've downloaded Voxer, and it seems pretty easy and it has group chat features.
If anyone else has it, my username is carolinerae.

I also put out a message. It doesn't make much sense because I totally suck at this lol. But whenever we wanna chat about HoT and if there may be a spoiler and if one of us (or most of us) haven't gotten that far, just text something like "Chapter 4" or "page 100" before your vox so we can decide whether or not to listen to it yet =)

OMG I haven't even got my hands on my book yet!!! I will have such a hard time catching up! >.< *sigh*

Has anyone reached Chapter 5 yet? The chapter on echoes?
I'm not entirely sure I want to read it. I remember reading it last time and just thinking I was wasting my time. I mean if Johnny Truant says I can read the book however I want, I may take him up on that, hahaha.

Anyway, thoughts? Do other people like chapters like these? I hate them.
I also skipped most of the chapters about music in American Psycho, haha.

I am cool with either chatting option =) I found everyone on voxer btw, so if someone hasn't found me, I can add them.

I haven't read Ch5 yet, bu I loved American Psycho, with the music chapters and all, so that comparison made me excited!

I am ok with Facebook or anything that does not involve me getting a new mobile app (since I have no space to download it t.t).

Hanaa invited me, cause the book sounds really interesting and I'd like to get to it as well. A group read seems to be perfect for it.
I already own the book, but June is a really hectic reading month, so I don't know exactly when I'll be able to start.

Hanaa knows that I'm also on Voxer, cause a lot of the sff readers on Booktube use it for Buddy Reads, so if there's a group chat, you can add me.

I hope I can finish it by the end of next month but I'm not so sure about it either. I'm finding it quite hard to keep going... It's nice but it's as if I'm reading a textbook (an interesting one) and...I've not had great experiences with textbooks :D Any recommendation, or a point where it gets really crazy or something?
