Selena ran down to the cement porch out front of the cabin where other cabin mates were repairing and creating heavy machinery with their welding tools. "Welcome to the Hephaestus Cabin. I live here along with my siblings.", she stated gesturing to her half brothers and sisters that didn't bother to look up or acknowledge the newcomer. "I am going to grab something really fast. You can wait out here if you want.", she said as she walked through the steel door into bunker nine.

"Oh-okay" Veronica said, leaning against the wall. She took out one of her knives and began to twirl it, flipping it and catching it.

Selena went over to her bed and grabbed her favorite camo hat. "Much better...", she sighed as she put it on her head which made her eyes look golden. "Ok...Where to start?", she mumbled walking back out of the cabin and past the girl which she didn't notice. "Where did she go?", she muttered looking around everywhere but the front of the cabin.

"Right here" Veronica said, flipping her knife one last tiem, accidently catching the sharp end. She cringed, but put the knife back in her belt, holding her hand against her pants.

Selena watched as the girl gripped the blade and cringed. "That must sting.", she stated while pulling out her golden duct tape as it morphed into a golden glove. "Here. Put your hand in this for a few minutes and your hand will feel better.", she insisted gesturing to the girls hand which was on her pants. The glove the duct tape formed could heal the girls wound in a few seconds flat. Selena used it sometimes when she would get part of her hand melted by some hot metal.

Veronica shook her head "I don't think it will do me any good, most Godly items won't work. Diffrent worlds diffrent gods, its okay. I'll use an Iratze later" She jumped down the steps of the cabin, turning back to face the girl "Come on then"

Selena shrugged and put the glove on her right hand. It clamped on and began to hum. After about twenty seconds the humming stopped and became loose. Selena took off the glove and showed a beautiful smooth hand that showed no evidence of callousing or dirt. "Ok. Let's go!", she chimed as she put the glove on her other hand and walked in the direction of the girl.

Nodding, Veronica began to walk with the girl. "So um...could you explain all of this-" She gestured to the camp surrounding them and the campers. "Im not 100% sure what this place is even for."

Fiona had been sitting on her workbench making minor adjustments to her crossbow when she'd heard Selena come back with another girl in tow. Fiona waited till they stopped talking before smiling and waving over at Selena. She knew that if she yelled her cabin mates would probably kill her for distracting them from their work.

Selena noticed Fiona waving to her. "Hey. I want you to meet someone!", she said to the girl as she waltzed over to Fiona. "Hey. How's it goin? Working on the crossbow still are you.", she joked as she looked at Fiona's crossbow.

"sure" Veronica followed behind Selena, smiling polietly at the other girl. "sup"

Fiona got up and wiped the grease of her hand before offering to to the other girl "Nothing much". With her one boots, leather apparel and goggles in her fiery red hair, She looked more steam punk that she usually did.

Selena realized she hadn't introduced herself to the newbie. "I never introduced myself properly. I'm Selena Aspin daughter of Hephaestus, and this is my closest half sister Fiona Lionheart daughter of Hephaestus.", she stated gesturing to her half sister. "And all the other goons back there are our half siblings too."

"Oh" Veronica said, trying to take all of that in. How many siblings could you have!? "Im Veronica Crescent Penrose, Shadowhunter from the New York Institute" She nodded to both of them "Nice to meet both of you"

Fiona smiled back and her piercing blue eyes caught sight of Veronica's hair "Oh my gods! Your hair is so awesome!" she said peering at the contrasting colours.

Selena grinned. She could already tell these two were going to get along quite well. "You do have pretty awesome hair.", she admitted with a smirk as she finger combed her blonde locks.

'Uh-um thank you" She said, brushing her bangs out of her face and blushing slightly. "My parents are not very fond of it, they are pretty upclassy kind a shadowhunters. Always with tradition."

Fiona waved a hand dismissively "Pftttt! Hon your hair is awesome! And your parents probably would kill me if they saw my hair" she said as she ruffled her already kind of messy vibrant red hair.

Selena sat on a bench and pulled out her magic duct tape, willing it to turn into a mirror. Once the mirror was formed it showed the forges on Olympus with her father crafting another sword for Ares. "At least dad is fine...", she mumbled watching the the mirror in awe. She really hadn't seen him in quite a while.

"Your hair is awesome" Veronica smiled. "So can you guys explain to me all the god stuff. I was raised learning how to draw angelic symbols and demonology"

Fiona Looked away from Selena. Fiona hated her father's guts so she talked to Veronica instead. She smiled "Of course! So what do you want to know?"

"Um...I don't know...how are you realted to the gods I guess?" She said "How about we do question and awnser. You ask a question about my world and I will ask a question about you world?"

Fiona smiled excitedly "I love this game! Okay well, you see, a god takes interest in a mortal, then they have a kid. Since only one parent is a god, we're demigods instead of minor gods. However the Virgin goddesses don't exactly have children normally. Those demigods are born from strong emotions instead"

Selena changed the screen to their little group. She saw Fiona turn away and remembered how much she hated their father. "Sorry...", she thought turning the mirror back into duct tape.

"Oh! okay that makes sense....what do you want to know now?"

"What the heck is a shadow hunter.", she chimed in giving a curious stare to Veronica.

Fiona sighed, relieved that Selena had closed her duct tape. She sat on a bench and rested her head in her hands, listening intently for Veronica's response.

"Where are chosen warriors of the Angel Raziel to fight demons and keep downworlders at bay. We have angel's blood in use so we are simailer to you in some ways." Veronica said, trying to explain it the best she could.

Selena was confused. "Angel Raziel...?", she thought blocking at Fiona sympathetically. "Poor girl...", she thought looking back to Veronica waiting for her question.

"I don't know about 'poor girl'" Veronica laughed "Do you guys battle demons to?"

((Sorry guys I had to go have breakfast))

Fiona grinned excitedly "Well, they're not exactly demons but they're just as hella fugly" she said dreamily "and, one day, I'm going to be like Leo and go on a quest and kill some"

Selena laughed at her sisters comment. "Especially the emposai...", she stated as she shuddered at the thought of the practical vampires. Selena hated them with a passion since she was driven out of her home by one that attacked her.

"And leo is your....boyfriend?" Veronica thought outloud. "And its your turn to ask a question"

((Rin's turn to comment.))

Fiona looked at Veronica in horror "Leo is my half brother! Anyways, what equipment do you imply to kill these demons?". Machinery and weapons only interested Fiona.

Selena burst out laughing at Fiona's reaction. "Leo! Our brother!", she howled nearly falling off the bench and onto a bunch of scrap metal. "Oh man...That was priceless...", she wheezed from the lack of air in her lungs and wiping her eyes of the tears that had come while laughing.

"Oh..." Veronica blushed in embarrassment. "We use angelic weapons, Seraph blades useally. Unless you are like me" She said gesturing to her knives "And suck at fighting, my knives don't do much harm to demons only slow them down. Only seraph blades can really kill them"

Selena giggled every once in a while even when she answered. "We use Celestial bronze when we kill monsters. Anything made of Celestial bronze can kill a monster.", she stated gesturing to all the celestial bronze in the working area.

Fiona hefted her crossbow up off the workbench "This baby is made of pure celestial bronze however, due to how heavy Celestial bronze actually is, I had to fiddle with the density makeup to make it lighter. It also doesn't require for you to load it. Kind of like a gun except it makes no bang". She then looked at Veronica's blades "Can I touch them?" she asked in a voice full of wonder.
