RAYAD IS AWESOME! I thought it was so cool how Reisitance started out with him. People don't usually start books from the point of view of the mentor. :D

I know!! I was surprised when I didn't see a topic for him. He's one of my favorite characters in the series!!!! :D

Same! Although, I was *convinced* that he was going to die in TKS. So I thought it would be weird for me to ask (before I read TKS) just in case he died. Haha. So glad he didn't!!!!

I was surprised none of the fan art featured Rayad. He's a major character - more so than many if the others who were featured (at least so far). I may have to rectify that oversight...

Glad you thought that was cool. :) I know I broke the writing "rules" that state you're supposed to start with the main character, but I consider them more "guidelines than actual rules." ;)

Jaye, have you seen the Eragon movie? I know you have Brom as Rayad on your Pinterest but I didn't know if you've seen it or not. Because they're epically similar. :D (Book Brom's no good but movie Brom's awesome.)

Reading Half Blood reminded me how awesome Rayad is! He's one of the coolest mentors EVER. He's so kind, but also a bit. . . gruff? Something. And he kind of beat Jasper up a bit, and in Resistance I don't think I really appreciated that like I do now. GO RAYAD! Yes.

(I keep posting in a row after myself and I feel so bad about it... But that was June, so it's okay right?)

Rayad is one of my favorite characters. And yes, I was cheering for him as well. :D
