Book I haven't even watched the second movie yet
I think both the movies and books were really good. Like I am obsessed with reading and watching them. I think it is good that they split the movie into two parts because it will (hopefully) give them more time to follow Allegiant's plot and everything. Also, it makes the series carry on longer because once they finish Allegiant Part 2 I will have nothing to look forward to! As far as part of the books that I wish were in the movies, I think the first movie stayed pretty faithful to the book. I mean, they skipped some small stuff and changed small details, but then again what movie is a 100% replica of the book? Plus, there was no major plot twist or they didn't really add any major changes so overall I was pretty pleased with the first movie. As far as Insurgent goes (without revealing anything major) it was WAY different from the book! However, it still is an amazing movie! Things that I wish were in the movie that weren't are the arguments/fights between Tris and Tobias. I mean, I hated them because I wanted them to be all happy and in love (who doesn't) but they are extremely important. They strengthen Tris and Tobias' relationship and helps them understand each other better. Also it proves their love and will to stay with each other. Also, I wish they would have put more of Tris' self sacrifices in and when they did they should have put more enficice on them when they did appear. I mean, after all, one of the main ideas of the series is the importance of self sacrifice.
Whew.......that was long! I'm so glad to get that out of my system! You don't know how long I have been thinking about this! I could go on and on about Divergent for days! Lol but yeah if you have anything to say about this comment please do so! If you have not read or watched the Divergent books and movies please do so! They are amazing!
the book was better than the movie, but the movie was good. i haven't even seen insurgent movie yet....
