Hmm. Very unique and interesting writing style. I think the story seems odd and I don't like the main character so far so we shall see.

This was one I really struggled to get through when I read it. I hated the main character and the humor wasn't my sense of style either. I'm curious to hear the balance of our readers that love this or hate this.

Finally reached page 42. Not liking the writing style or main character either. Do like the Jewish references. Never thought of being friends with someone who is ill a mitzvah. Reading on.

Oh wanted to say thank you for posting the summer reading schedule. I think I own most of those books and did read mara dyer already so may skip that one in August.
