Hi folks,

Once again Amazon has added my latest title to the author page of Dean Crawford ( once space ) instead of my page, Dean Crawford ( two spaces ).

* Title = The Fusion Cage
* Author = Dean Crawford
* ASIN = B00YLNDJW8
* Publisher = Fictum Ltd
* Publication date = May 30th, 2015
* Format = Kindle Edition
* Description = as per current position on GoodReads, here:

Could one of your fine Librarians please move the book to my profile? I'm not sure how I can prevent Amazon from doing this with each release as it seems to happen automatically. Perhaps change my profile to Dean Crawford with a single space, and this other profile to one with two spaces as it seems to be rarely used?

That would indeed be a solution. It would mean books published by another Dean Crawford end up on your profile and need moving from your profile.
A librarian can not make this change for you.

That is usually a caching issue, which normally should be resolved in a couple of days.

Hi, I think this has also happened to me. Two of my titles 'Since You've been Gone' and 'Winter wishes boxset' have been added to S.M Phillips (1space) `instead of mine (2 spaces)

Dean, just a thought. You could add the books yourself, once you know the ASIN & before the bots do it. It wouldn't work without the ASIN as the bots would still import it.

But any series work would still need to be posted as authors can't edit series.

Thanks Sandra, I would do but the bots always get to it before I can. The whole issue stems from another author called Dean Crawford, who is relatively inactive, whom Amazon / Goodreads bots always pick before me. There doesn't seem anything that can be done about this due to the automated nature of the book postings...
