Gisbelle and I will begin The Secret of Ella amd Micha by Jessica Sorensen on February 12, 2013. Feel free to join if you want. :)

oooh, they are lots of fun! I love discussing books with others! And Gisbelle is hilarious! I think we'll like this one! I've heard so many good things about this book! :D

I can't wait, I'm always giving titles to some of the girls I work with to read. I couldn't believe this one only cost $1, I was floored of course I had to buy it.

I know! and i read the author's other book and it was AMAZING! and it's only $.99 too!!!

also, her other book is almost always free on amazon too! LOL! I hope all her books are good!

almost 1/2 way....it's okay, cute...but I don't love it.....

I'm about 70 percent through and I like this a lot. Perhaps not as much as I like the Coincidence but definitely good.

Okay, I'm done! yeah, It was good. I really liked Micha. He was pretty cool and so was Ethan but (view spoiler)[ I hated when Micha ran off without telling her why. (hide spoiler)]

And I loved Lila and Ethan - I can't wait to read Book 3 which looks like it's about them!

Ella was okay. I just didn't connect to her as well, although i did still like her.

OK done. I liked it, and let's just say that it just about killed me. Between Ella's dad, Grady and Micha (view spoiler)[what with the wreck and all (hide spoiler)], the water works were on. (view spoiler)[Micha's bio dad was a real piece of work. (hide spoiler)] I thought it was good and I can't wait to read more of Sorensen's books.

Yes Sorensen has become one of my favorite authors. She never disappoints me :D

What do you think of Ella?

She was okay... I had a tougher time identifying with her...than I did with some of Jessica Sorensen's other MC.

ugh...it just sounded kind of slimy to me..

She was not my favorite character in the book. I somehow thought she was a bit pathetic. You know, how she kept saying she was the one who killed her mother.

I think the author tried to make Ella sound like a badass, but she was more b*tchy and arrogant in my opinion.

I would have to agree. she was kind of lame :)

her friend is ok, I guess. A bit princess-y. The book didn't show us much about her, so it's hard to tell.

I liked Micha a lot. He was a good friend and son. I just didn't like that he was a man-slut and a party animal

I have to agree with you guys, Ella was not my favorite character, I mean to me she was relatable, her story was heart wrenching and sad and I could see how she would have that great fear of losing control. I liked Micha more than I thought I would, he was really sweet and understanding.

Ethan and Lila cracked me up, but I could where you say she's prim and proper kind of girl, but I think that maybe her way of putting up a wall like Ella did cause of her parents endless control issues. I can't wait to read their story, I wish they were out now! :)

I know right! Ethan was so sweet and such a good friend and I want to know more about him and Lila and how they fall in love.

Also have you read the blurb on The Forever of Ella and Micha, it has me a little scared, like I'm not gonna like how it all turns out, like it's not gonna go the way I want. LOL

I haven't read it yet... boy, I am curious!
