A variety of crazy shops in the Capitol where Capitol citizens enjoy to shop.

Cambrie Fairchild looked around the dozens of posh shops. Besides the threatening storm clouds in the distance, it was a pleasant day for shopping. Some residents of the Capital with interesting features passed by Cambrie as she looked for a shop that, to quote her overbearing mother, "sold some respectable clothing." Cambrie honestly couldn't have cared less about looking respectable, to be honest. She had more pressing matters with the Hunger Games coming up and having her money and reputation on the line. Since the tributes had been reaped, Cambrie had been endlessly strategizing on what she would purchase and when. Of course, she couldn't really make any final decisions until the Hunger Games began, but she could start thinking about it. In the meantime, Cambrie was expected to buy a nice dress and maybe a sweater for public appearances. She headed towards one that had neon dresses with yards of tulle on mannequins in the window, hoping they had something a bit more muted.

((Sorry it took forever to respond there were baby deer outside))

((Awww I was making lemonade and heating up pizza. Kids like pizza and lemonade XD Sorry it's so short... Their just dance song is only for three minutes.))

Sapphire walked into the shopping area and pulled out a hand mirror. Her half blue half - black hair was perfectly wrapped in the shape of two hearts, and her rainbow makeup was amazing. She saw a girl with red hair that she had gossiped about a few times... She was also the sponsor for the Dostrict Two tributes and she was the stylists. OMG they had to talk! "Hey girl!"

Cambrie turned around to see who was talking to her. She saw Sapphire, the District Two stylist, who had the crazy hair. Cambrie always thought Sapphire was very eccentric, to say the least, but that was what made her a good stylist. Sapphire came up with some great designs. Cambrie figured it'd be good for them to chat some with the games coming up, so she responded with, "Sapphire, so good to see you! What brings you here?"

((Ugh my notifications never show up :())

She smiled at Cambria. "Well, I love shopping. I love shopping soooo much. And looking at all of the shops gives me ideas for my outfits. Sometimes I take notes. But then I saw you, and I was like OMG she's working/sponsoring District 2 with me! Then I got really excited and wanted to meet you!" Sapphire said peppily. She was the image of a real Capitol citizen.
