I think you should add a moderator application topic.
Also, I found the following as possible profile pictures, if you're interested in any. (Though I do love the current one!) :) My favorite is probably V ; the one of the flower drawn over the dictionary page.

You might consider adding a book folder and a thread for group advertisement or a thread for fangirling.
Idea - perhaps adding a folder for monthly challenges? Some could draw, others write, and some could put together songs. I'm not thinking this would be competitive; rather, more along the lines of personal endeavors. With the added benefit of everyone getting to share their work.Anyways, I just thought it would be fun to see everyone's creativity pouring into the same vat.
