One of each, Vicinzia is the second in command of the entire student body, and Zavraka is the commander of the student body, their word is absolute.

You must request to make an NCO, Officer, or Command, however enlisted ranks are open for anyone to create.

Could i Do Vakoviez and Zakoviez. both sound cool. Even though someone else is Zavaraka, i still like the way the name sounds.
