But...I'm about 150 pages in so far and....man, I still have no idea what to expect from this book :P
It is a mystery? Will there be a crime? Is something spiritual or spooky going on? I have no idea, I'm a third of the way through and it feels like this can go in a bunch of different directions....
Really enjoying it, but I feel like I don't have a grip on it yet.

I'm with you on this one, I've just finished part two and I'm quite confused as to what this book is supposed to be. I'm obviously curious to know the reasons behind the miniaturist's seemingly bizarre ability to send things that are so accurate to Nella's life but... I dunno... I'm personally finding the rest of it is quite dull. My interest piqued a little when Nella walked in on her husband and I liked how the dynamic of the household appeared to shift after this revelation but I'm still hoping something more captivating will happen so I can immerse myself in the last half of the book.
How is everyone else finding it?
