Simon Ceder | 1 comments I have just started reading the power of six, loved I am number four btw. I noticed something in chapter 10 that is bothering me, I am reading it on e-book so can't give you the exact page but around 80. Here is the quote that bothers me:
"Six crumples her paper towel and tosses it up in the air above her head. Without thinking I set it on fire, and it wilts into nothing before landing on the carpet."

This is way before he discovers his Pyro legacy, but still it's sounds like he already has it and no one reacts. Any thoughts? A miss by the author or am I just misunderstanding it?

Johnny (al3x_r1d3r) | 7 comments I had the SAME thought. I was reading, (Just finished the book an hour ago) and got soooo confused. I was like since when could he burn stuff?!?

Andrei Ioncica | 1 comments He could burn things with his Lumen, therems nothing special about that moment. Search it out if you don't believe me.

Johnny (al3x_r1d3r) | 7 comments But he found out that he could ignite things with his Lumen once he and the others went to the John Hancock Building in Chicago in his dreams (or visions) with Setrakus Ra. He only learned that he could do that in Rise of Nine, Fall of Five, OR Revenge of Seven. I'm not sure what book it was that they were in Chicago.
