Hi okay so the picture I want to use for my character... It isn't one of a person of whom I know their name, it's just someone from a haircut website or something. How exactly do I claim that?
In that case, simply put a link to it like so <.a href=link here>unknown male/female<./a> (simply remove the period before the 'a' and the '/') and it should suffice. :)
How would the instructors have come to be working here? There's obviously a process for recruits being contacted and recruited, but what about instructors?
Good question. Some of them were once recruits themselves. Some were prominent cons themselves. Some were once parts of orginisations which hired fresh recruits to con their way into cashing bad checks and acquiring millions of dollars in fradulent ways.
I'm sure any backstory will work so long as they sufficiently explain how the instructor was found (or, in some cases, how the instructor found Voclain) and why they're choosing to stay.
They should pop up over the next couple of days. I'm hoping to get some of them set up today if I can. :)
HelloSay for example: I want to be an instructor of disguises, does that mean I will teach the recruits (and know myself) about how to pull of a master disguise?

The character you create will be a master of disguises specialized for assuming a new identity especially for an assignment and seeking to avoid identification. Think of it as an instructor which himself/herself is an expert on the art of going "undercover" when it comes to physical costumes, wigs, makeup, posture, and perhaps stretch it to habits & lifestyle.
Just to clear it up, you as a person will not be the instructor but you would create a character that serves as an instructor for the roleplay.
May I claim more than one Instructor position?
Crimson; Roleplays usually have anywhere from 2-4 people, although a 2-person rp is the most common. You can request a roleplay here, once you create a character. Someone should respond and you can decide upon a location together and begin roleplaying. :) If more than one person responds, you can either embark in two or more separate roleplays are combine them all into one big roleplay, depending on what you and the other people are in the mood for. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. :)
Bree; I'm thinking of extending the instructor count to 2 per person and adding in some admin/secretaries/more positions so if anyone wants to weigh in their opinion on this that'd be great.

Personally, I think tailors/seamstresses/whatever tf you want to call them could be useful, also possibly counselors for any "support"also helping basically take away their moral compass because hello to be a good con artist you've gotta be like morally ambiguous at best right? #indoctrination

ALSO if this is a sort of agency thing it might be handy to learn a rare or dead or both language that could be used as a sort of code, like how the Americans based their code off of the Navajo language in WWII.
Twenty-five is the minimum age for all staff members. If you want your character to be younger for whatever reason, PM me with more information and I may or may not make an exception.
