My last post was about the recent drama between book bloggers and booktubers and how opinions are not the same as trying to tear specific people down. It's also about how as book lovers, we are all bound together, and we're all equally fabulous. I also discussed an idea for a new feature.https://butterfliesoftheimagination.w...
I recently posted a review of the book
. Definitely worth the read.http://thescribblingsprite.blogspot.c...

My latest post was a review of Geek Girl, by Holly Smale, which was written by me a long time ago, but since I just created my blog, I'm slowly posting my old reviews on it. It's actually a much better book than I thought it would be, which I'm explaining in my review. Feel free to read it and follow my blog, so I'll be able to follow you too! Would you mind if I copied this idea and wrote a post about why I read? I think it's such an obvious and good idea, but I've never thought of doing it!
My most recent post was a review of Sarah Gagnon's Date With a Rockstar, but I wanted to comment about my second most recent post instead (I like reviews, but you can read them on GR and Amazon, so...).It's about having a gameplan before you start researching to ensure you aren't wasting your time by gathering info you can't--or won't--use: http://lynannecarroll.blogspot.com/2015/06/gathering-research-that-countsa.html

My latest post is called Two Charries, One Core. It's about character development, how there are only so many cores for characters, but by building on those cores, you can make all-new, never-before-seen, real-feeling people. :) http://thessalexa.blogspot.com/2015/0...
So this is my take on the phrase 'beautiful suffering' http://sharpie63.blogspot.co.uk/
It's sort of like a poem, but I'm not sure if it is a poem really! Thanks! :-)

One of my most recent posts was the Beautiful People Linkup... It was my first time to try it, so it was new to me. I talked about my protagonist for my work-in-progress, Emma's File. It was a good activity for rounding-out her character & discovering things about Emma that I never thought of before. You read the post at: http://plottingertwist.blogspot.com/2...
I wrote a post about the crushing to-read pile, include quite a bit of dramatics :)https://26countlesspossibilities.word...
to change ourselves
God may not change us, but He will give us opportunities to change ourselves. Especially when we least expect them.
Did a fangirl post on my favorite characters from Age of Ultron!http://thessalexa.blogspot.com/2015/0...

I feel ya! There are always more books to read. But seriously, those Jill Williamson books are worth it!

Thanks for posting this! It was cool to hear another introvert's experience, and the way God's working in another's life. :)

I posted my first non-review feature called Whatcha Readin' Wednesday! It's just a short blurb about the books I'm reading that week. Unfortunately, it's already a little outdated since I finished Eleanor and Park this morning, hahaha.https://onlytruemagic.wordpress.com/2...
Finally finished Eleanor and Park and gathered up enough thoughts to write a review about it!http://tinyurl.com/pxbxct4
So I did something different and talked about relationships and why I disagree with certain love songs. I'd love to get some more thoughts and opinions on it. :)http://thessalexa.blogspot.com/2015/0...
