The Science Facility is where any captured Mutants are. Mutants are brought in all the time to do testing. Some too scared to be in light, some being insanely aggressive, and others just plan insane. Humans think they're helping themselves and the mutants, but really, they're making mutants into more monsters then they were to start with. What they do is they find any adult mutants with children, kill them then they take the children and raise them here to teach them to be like dogs so later they can make them fight wild mutants and use their senses to find other mutants easier. Or some later on become a porta.
