Outside of the City is where all the mutants live. They live in a town hidden far in the forest called Noroi, which is Japanese for Curse. People can go in it, but considering its where Mutants were first ever spotted, no one dares to in fear that it would make them get cursed as well. Outside of the City is a little prettier, its filled with grasslands, flowers and mainly forests, though its dangerous to wander around in it at nights.
