Autumn (autumnmemory80) Once you and your Book Pal have selected and read your book, post what you thought of the book on this thread. Partners are listed in this thread below. Can't wait to hear about your book choices!

You can go to the original thread Book Pals and click on your partner to see their books and friend them.

** Just a Tip - I like to give my partner at least three books to choose from with one being my top choice. That way they have some freedom as well.

★ ★ IF you have made an attempt to contact your partner with no response, please private message me letting me know so I can work on getting you a new partner for the month. Please give it at least 7 days before posting a comment as not all of our members log in every day. THANK YOU!

Patti Parker Markgraf (ppmarkgraf) Ok Kirsten...I have looked at all of your books on your TBR list and I found 3 that I am picking for you. Of course I will leave it up to you as to which you want to choose, and if you're up to the challenge: Read all 3 :-)

The Stand by Stephen King The Stand--this is one of my favorite Stephen King books. Such a fast read (even though it's long), and sooooo good.

11/22/63 by Stephen King 11/22/63--I will be re-reading this one this month for one of the local book clubs of which I am a member, and I thought, "wouldn't it be cool if my Book Pal and I read the same book?"

Fall of Giants (The Century Trilogy, #1) by Ken Follett Fall of Giants--I am also planning to read this one this month for a second local book club for which I am a member (I'm currently a member of 4 local book clubs until I can figure out how well I gel with its members, then I'll probably reduce my memberships significantly).

Your choice!! Interesting TBR list, Kirsten. Happy reading!!
~Patti

Kirsten (kmcripn) That's a touch choice, Patti! But, I think I'll pick Fall of Giants, that way we'll be reading the same book. I have it in audiobook so that should work out fine!

Let's keep in touch using dm instead of foisting our opinions on the entire group. LOL!

That's where I'm at with Greg Iles' The Quiet Game. I had it here, but returned it to the library. Too long to read right now.

Well, that's quite an endorsement, Autumn! I'm sure I will enjoy it. I like it when an author makes me feel like he's sitting next to me, having a cup of coffee, and telling me the story.

message 25: by Juliana (new)

Juliana | 333 comments Finished An Unremarkable Heart. I though this would be a good book but it's a very short story. Yes the story in question was sad to a point but not my cup of tea to be honest
