Ok Kirsten...I have looked at all of your books on your TBR list and I found 3 that I am picking for you. Of course I will leave it up to you as to which you want to choose, and if you're up to the challenge: Read all 3 :-)


The Stand--this is one of my favorite Stephen King books. Such a fast read (even though it's long), and sooooo good.

11/22/63--I will be re-reading this one this month for one of the local book clubs of which I am a member, and I thought, "wouldn't it be cool if my Book Pal and I read the same book?"

Fall of Giants--I am also planning to read this one this month for a second local book club for which I am a member (I'm currently a member of 4 local book clubs until I can figure out how well I gel with its members, then I'll probably reduce my memberships significantly).

That's a touch choice, Patti! But, I think I'll pick Fall of Giants, that way we'll be reading the same book. I have it in audiobook so that should work out fine!

That's where I'm at with Greg Iles' The Quiet Game. I had it here, but returned it to the library. Too long to read right now.

This was my favorite book of the year when it came out! I have it in every format, audio, hardback, and kindle. It is AMAZING!

Well, that's quite an endorsement, Autumn! I'm sure I will enjoy it. I like it when an author makes me feel like he's sitting next to me, having a cup of coffee, and telling me the story.

Finished An Unremarkable Heart. I though this would be a good book but it's a very short story. Yes the story in question was sad to a point but not my cup of tea to be honest

I finished 11/22/63 and it was awesome! Ryan is just starting, so I await his thoughts.

11/22/63 has been my favorite audiobook so far. Like, ever. I just couldn't wait to immerse myself into it each time I put on my headphones.
