When nobody had come into the common room, Noelle decided that she might as well go up to her room and unpack her the new books her parents had sent her earlier that day. The only other person in the room was another girl, complaining of boredom. "Hi, I'm Noelle" she said, smiling at the girl on the bed. Chucking her bag of books onto her bed, she went over to the girl in attempt to make friends. She didn't want to be stuck on her own during class and at lunch, she wouldn't be able to bear it if she was ignored at Lakewood Academy.
