So, what genres do you like? Got any storylines?

I like all genres.
And no. I don't have any plots right now.

Okay :D do you like sci fi or steampunk? Cause I've kind of had an itching to do one of those

I like sci fi. I don't really know what steampunk is though...

Okay :D wanna do a sci fi, then?
I'm new to steampunk myself, it's kind of like a combo of victorian-era and clockwork/fantasy stuff... i don't really know how to describe it lol

Well... you got any ideas? I've got a couple but if you do say yours first

What are your ideas?

Well, there's one idea (none of them are very great, they might need a little work)

There's a firefly-style universe, and there are these pirates that go around raiding planets and settlements, and a member of the government teams up with a former member of the pirates turned smuggler to try and take them down

Or also in a firefly-style universe all the planets are under one rule, but there's a revolution going on. The Government sends a soldier behind enemy lines to gain information, where he/she develops a close friendship with a member of the rebels. As a twist, in this case it's actually the government that are the good guys

I don't know, they both need a little work. If you don't like them that's fine lol :D

Jesse steered his ship slowly down on the landing pad. His palms were sweaty with nervousness, but it didn't show on his face. He'd been given an old class five one man ship, and was wearing the clothes of a regular citizen in order to blend in.

Kira was a guard currently working at the landing pad. She was in alliance with the rebels but she still kept her job as a guard to keep from raising any suspicion. She shifted on her feet, watching the craft land.

((wait I think we forgot to clear up before starting who it was that was going undercover- was it your or my character?))

((Yours I thought... I don't know for sure though.... Do I need to change my reply?))

((My character is the rebel. Yours is the soldier so...?)

((okay and no you're fine lol :D I've just gotten in rps before where we each thought something different about the plot and then things started to get confusing, so I was making sure we both were thinking the same thing XD ))

((Okay.)

Jesse opened the hatch of the ship. It creaked and some dust fell down as it opened. He gave a slight groan. He could have sworn they had just found this thing in an old scrap yard somewhere. Seeing a guard nearby he impulsively put his hand to his waist where he kept his blaster. "You there," he called out to get her attention.

Kira immediately turned, both hands on her own blaster which was different. It was longer, like a rifle. She kept it pointed at the ground in front of her as she walked closer.

"I'm from the base back on Persephone," Jesse lied skillfully. "I just joined about a week ago and they sent me here. I'm supposed to report to your captain."

Kira nodded. "This way." She told him, turning away and leading him toward her captain's office.

Jesse let out the breath he didn't realize he'd been holding when she turned away. He'd made it this far without being killed. He followed her.

Kira led him to a building, stopping outside to speak to a guard. She showed her badge and they let her and Jesse inside. Kira led the way back to the office.

Jesse followed her through, giving a friendly nod to the guard they passed.

She knocked on the door. "Captain, the soldier from Persephone has arrived." Kira waited patiently for a reply before opening the door and stepping inside.

Jesse waited nervously for the response. He hoped his alibi would go through.

After Jesse stepped inside, Kira closed the door and stood by it. She waited to hear what the captain had to say to the soldier that had arrived.

((You wanna rp the captain or want me to?))

Jesse hoped his hands weren't shaking too bad as he handed the captain his papers.
The captain looked them over and handed them back. "Very well. I hadn't heard of your coming, but communications have been spotty lately. Kira? Show Jesse the ropes around here."
Jesse turned to see who he was addressing and noticed it was the girl who'd brought him.

"Yes, Sir." She nodded. Kira waited a moment before opening the door and leading him out.

Jesse followed her out. He felt like the other soldiers were staring at him, but he dismissed it as paranoia. This was his first time going undercover, so it was natural that he was scared.

Kira led him out of the building. She nodded at a few soldiers as they passed them.

Jesse continued to follow her. She didn't seem to talk much, he noted.
