A large marshy area between the shore and the Gathering Island, a great place to catch water voles, frogs/toads, and mudminnows.

Echopaw padded through the reeds, searching for anything that might be of use to the camp. "Bundle reeds up for warmth.." she mewed aloud, wondering if that would help if they padded out the nursery so that it would stay warm. There was little wood around, but the wind usually blew twigs across the marsh, so they might find some. RiverClan territory was definitely lacking in wood, but reeds were nice and strong, right? Looking back at the apprentices who had joined her, she mewed, "Should we collect reeds for the nursery?"
