A small dip in the moor, mostly rocky, where apprentices train with their mentors.

Silentpaw, Rabbitrun and Silverpaw padded into the hollow, searching for prey. Silentpaw opened his mouth to taste the air. Though he tasted nothing, he smelled something moving under a rock. He crept near it and saw a tiny lizard skitter out. Lizards? Leave those to ShadowClan,he thought.

Rabbitrun flicked his tail, leading the apprentices to the moorland. "The prey knows we train here. They'll have run away by now. We'd best keep going. Want to practice a move or two before we go?"

Silentpaw dropped into a hunting crouch, tensing his muscles to run after whatever he chased. "Good job, Silentpaw," his mentor praised, "but tuck in your hind legs a little further. You'll have a more powerful jump that way."

"Wait," Silverpaw mewed, creeping towards a bush, sensing something, a faint whiff of scent reaching her nose. Stretching out a paw, she darted into the bush suddenly, and then let out a muffled yell of disgust, backing out to the other two. "It's been so long since I smelled rotten sparrow," she explained, pawing over her nose to get rid of the scent and stray twigs. "I thought we might have a chance at finding something here, since overnight our scent here has faded. I was wrong," she admitted, reluctantly, but for the sake of building her reputation back up, she looked to the warrior, "Sorry, Rabbitrun. Perhaps we should go to the moorlands now." Glancing to Silentpaw, she hesitated, not wanting a warrior other than her mentor to criticise her hunting crouch.

Rabbitrun nodded. "Let's go," he said.
