2017 Reading Challenge discussion

This was an amazing book! I feel like it has come at such a crucial time in my life and for the times we are living in. The Word of God says that in this life we will face persecution for our faith. I don't feel like I've experienced anything close to persecution but this book has opened my eyes to what Christians around the world are going through for their faith in Jesus. And maybe someday soon we'll be facing the same kind of persecution here in America. This book gives a hope-filled perspective of a very hard concept to grasp and come to terms with. We may face trials and persecution, but Jesus is with us through it all.
