Utopian World discussion

The U.I.N. is a small, secret society that is devoted to the preservation of the gifted specimens born into the human race. The society is not judgemental, and takes just about any mutant in with a small fee of course. Whether this be money, or the promise of loyalty towards the military that has developed there, is up to the mutant. The U.I.N was founded in 2088 by Alex Enderson, a mutant with fantastic and limitless abilities. His current whereabouts however, remain unknown.


[Highest Placements:]

High Overseer:
The High Overseer is the leader of the U.I.N, though spends the majority of his time in his room in the main base, according to the co captain that is. Though most of the mutants have never had the honor of meeting the co captain.

Second in Command:
Due to a lack in the High Overseer's actual presence, the second in command runs many of his errands, and works as the High Overseer's subsitute. Though some speculate he may be a little more to the overseer, than just a co captain.

Head Archmaster:
Archmasters are a type of mutant whom have spent the majority of their life studying the unique abilities that each mutant has. They specialize in teaching mutants how to correctly use their powers for their own good, and the good of others. They are each noble and proud, and do not have the want to kill anyone. They are highly trusted by the Overseer, but the Head Archmaster is almost as important as The Overseer himself. As this particular Archmaster is the one that teaches the other. A rare mutation has caused him to become immortal, and thus, he can spend his life teaching the others.

Archmasters:
Highly important members of the U.I.N. society, these humble people are treated with the upmost respect, and are considered some of the most powerful mutants known to man. They spend their days inside the base, unless they have to go elsewhere, which is particularly rare.

Combat Trainers:
Mutants in the U.I.N. military are trained to their highest potential by the strongest members of the society. They're pushed to their limits, and even farther than that. Combat Trainers usually have a rather harsh history, and are most definitely well built to destroy. But can also be extremely smart.

Commanding Officers and Task Managers:
Usually the most skilled in tact and mapping, Commanding Officers and Task Managers are the leaders of the mutant troops. They train the newest to join the forces, and usually speak the most with the second in command about planning and such. These particular members of the society are most skilled in Psychological Abilities.

Spies and Interceptors:
A vast array of mutants have this place, but most are quite about it. They are paid quite a bit of money for their work, and are usually relatively good at tying up loose ends with information. However, they NEVER kill. They are thieves, information specialists, but they are not killers.

Assassins and Mercenaries:
Guards is the easiest way of putting it. They are mutants who either protect a higher up, or kill those who are supposed to be killed. Highly trained and just as deadly, they are a force to be reckoned with.

Archmasters are still in development. But you may have a CT.
