Discuss chapters 22-28 only. Please do not discuss later chapters here!

Meagan | 10 comments WOAH! So so steamy!! That was the most intense, wild intimate love scene I have ever read! Holy crap! Um, also the fact Tamlin whispered 'I love you'!?!? <3 ahhhh!
But Feyre has to leave Tamlin now... 3
Freaking Rhysand scares me horribly!
And I don't think I trust that Feyre will be safe even if she goes home...

Well well well Tamlin set up Feyre's family extremely well lol! They don't have to worry about starving anymore... I still don't think she's safe at home though. The Suriel said to stay with Tamlin that that's the only place she'd be safe... And Nesta is not too enthusiastic about Feyre's return. I definitely think something is up with her.

Maria R (marytr) | 7 comments Chapter 27 was seriously perfection. It we so beautifully written and just omg. It was perfect.

I honestly think Nesta knows something or I dunno doesn't believe Feyre. And I really hope she goes back to Spring Court. Like she has to.
And RHYSAND omg. He looks so hot in my head and I can't help but love him even though he's evil :(

I am the oddball out in that I don't love the Tamlin/Feyre pairing. Parts of it are sweet but other parts. Ack... I don't know. Maybe it will grow on me.

Rhysand reminds me of the Darkling and so I love him. There is no going back. That is going to be an interesting character.

I love how Lucien didn't want her to leave. Precious.

Again with the stupid decisions though. Why didn't she mention what the Suriel said about needing to stay with him?! Of course she's not going to be safe in the human world! I'm sure the Night Court will go looking for her and now no one can defend her. I wonder how many chapters before she gets back to Pruthian...

Wendy (faerybookish) Mmmm Rhysand he is awful and magnetic.

Lucien almost made me cry.

I didn't like that they blamed Feyre for what happened on Fire Night. :-( *grumble*

So now she's home, obviously temporarily, the question is why and how will she get back. Why is Nesta so sketchy? She has gotten what she wanted and more.

Raúl López (latinlector) | 16 comments Rhysand was definitely a great introduction into the story. I continue to enjoy Lucian and all of his smart remarks. They're hilarious.

With Feyre now being back in the real world I wonder how she is going to re adjust not being around Tamlin. My thought is is not very well. And the aggressive sex scene is just not something I enjoy reading in books.

I'm still really enjoying the story.

I, personally, found the sex scene pretty awkward...

Maria R (marytr) | 7 comments Hahaha really? I really liked it. Idk I like the way it was written. It wasn't a straight up erotica but you were able to know everything that was happening. Idk maybe I'm just blinded by how much I love Sarah j Maas lol

Agata (agatareads) | 8 comments Rhysand; evil and mysterious, we've only seen him twice and I already love him.

Lucien is a gem.

I'm conflicted about Feyre and Tamlin's dynamic. Though the sex scene was good, Tamlin's beast side made it odd and ruined it for me (I also hate the term 'love making', you can use it a few times but please call it 'sex' at some point.).

For me the whole 'I love you' part to relationships in books needs quite a bit of build-up, I don't feel like there was enough here. Tamlin feels sorry for, relates to and lusts for Feyre; that is evident. Yet I don't feel like he knows her well enough to be in love with her, for him to risk so much for her.

I did not expect Tamlin to set up Feyre's family so well. And something is definitely up with Nesta.

I expect Feyre will be returning to Prythian soon.
