Brittain Ashford (https://www.goodreads.com/photo/user/...) is a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter in the band Prairie Empire most famous for being Sonya in the original Ars Nova run of Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812 and reprises the role in the current ART production in Boston. I will be so happy if she is also in the Broadway production they are beginning to talk about. This fall, she will also be releasing the second Prairie Empire album, The salt. I hope "what we keep" will be on it.
