Hi I'm Jimmy and I love comics, but I also like fantasy and scifi, I had noticed a few groups out there were like what I'm trying to do here with this one, but they were either RP of group reads. As much fun as group reads are, they can also be almost something forceful. What if this person doesn't want to read that book, why should they have to, or someone loves the topic but does not want to role play.
This group is for everyone, and you don't have to do anything. I would not want to boot someone off just because they didn't participate, say what you want, when you want. I invite people to have group reads and discussions, that's what this site is for, one massive book club.
Just remember to be nice and have fun.

A man after my own heart, I also love sci-fi, Green Lantern is my favorite comic becuase of the sci-fi aspect of it. Have you seen Guardians of the Galaxy or the Ender's Game movies, those were pretty cool.

Jimmy has some good ones there, but you can reverse them, The Green Lantern Movie is alright if you are just looking for some cool superhero scifi stuff, but also Ender's Game]and that series is also some cool books.
by Eric Van Lustbader is cool. You get aliens that invade a fantasy world.
if your looking for something smaller RoChe Montoya was short and fun. Lots of aliens and action.

Those are kick ass there Rok, RoChe Montoya is my friend, and i have read all their books, and if you liked the fast pace action of Planet Prey then check out their fantasy trilogy The 2nd Realm . It has it all, Greek, Norse and Egyptian mythology as well as an alien and fairies wizards and deamons. Check it out. Plus they're only $0.99.

I have Planet Prey on my to read list, and I actually got it because of the reviews, so I may have to start that one soon.
