Ohhhhhhh this is the 39 Clues, not The Fifth Wave. I was so confused for a minute there.. I was like, wait, was the dude's name Jake? I don't remember! Hahah. And God, neither. Amy is so annoying with both of them. Jake is the better character. I will say the audiobook kind of ruined me on Evan because his voice was so.. dowdy. Even though David Pittu did an amazing job. He's a 40 something white dude who can ACTUALLY PLAY OFF a female punk Hispanic who mimics a Scottish accent? Amazing.

Dude. Can't agree more about David Pittu. That man is amazing when it comes to reading books.

and I would definitely pick Jake over Evan any day. I never really liked how Evan's character acted..

At least she didn't act Emo with Evan though. If you were with Jake would you act like that??

No! But then again, all that crazy stuff didn't happy until Jake and Atticus came around..

All I know is - I'm happy that Amy isn't as whiny in this new series. I couldn't stand her in the last one. Always cranky, always complaining.
