If I had powers like four then i would use them to save people in times of dangerous situations like when a house burns down. His power of using light for looking in dark places is very useful and getting things telepathically could extremely useful in various situation like when you want to do a task quicker and easier.
I would use them for good, and I definitely hope I will get to meet Four and Nine!
