History: She was born into a good family, her father was supporting both his wife and his daughter, but once he got fired they lived off scraps. Jumping from place to place until her father wanted out of living like that. Moving to this town and finally being 18 Chanel decided to get a job to help support herself and her ailing mom.
Personality: She's a sweet-heart but she's very to herself. She doesn't give away a lot of information about her past, and definitely nothing about her current situation. She can throw on a fake smile and be very cunning. She's helpful and to the point when it comes to her job and with her realities.
Strengths: She's a good listener (but be careful what you tell her), she has good ears (which definitely wont help her in this hotel).
Weaknesses: She's tough to scare but when she can't explain things she is beyond terrified and it shows, she isn't good on hiding certain emotions.
