The cover features a women possibly wearing a black tank top and boy shorts, or just black shorts. Her face is made up in "sugar skull makeup," and her hair is up. Her profile is shown to be on her side head to toe and she is standing. she is also holding a gun. The story is about these people with superpowers who all live in one city and their is an evil side or good side. The girl is not part of either, and she is also a nurse that has the power to heal Ora's. The "anti-hero" wears the sugar skull make up in the book she does not ( only on cover and briefly towards the end) the guy kidnaps her but never hurts her, he has no abilities that are shown. It came out anywhere from 2012-2015, and is maybe part of a series, this is book one. (Please help if you can, any extra details or ideas are acceptable, thanks).
