Shandy Hi all!

I just finished Daisy Hay's brilliant group biography Young Romantics: The Tangled Lives of English Poetry's Greatest Generation and now I'm pining for some great historical fiction featuring or inspired by the Shelleys, Keats, Byron, and their circles. (Biographies and nonfiction recs are also welcome -- I just started Shelley: The Pursuit.)

I adored The Stress of Her Regard and quite liked The Casebook of Victor Frankenstein, and I just started Passion: A Novel of the Romantic Poets. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Tania | 69 comments Not historical fiction, more alternative history but The Vampyre: The Secret History of Lord Byron by Tom Holland is a fun read.

Cool! I loved Rubicon but didn't know that Holland wrote fiction, too.
