Bloggers, add the links to your blogs here, so authors can find out more about your blog. You can also go into detail about what you require or what you're looking for. I'll start:

www.drunkenspacepenguin.blogspot.com

Click on the tab for authors, read the options, and if you're interested, fill out the contact form under the contact me tab. Accepting interviews, guest posts, and other promo ideas, as well as offering some paid services. Enjoy!

Olga Miret (goodreadscomolganm) Hi all:
My site is:
http://OlgaNM.wordpress.com
I post random stuff (about my writing and others) once a week both in English and Spanish and I have an author guest (or artist) another day. I don't particularly have a format and leave it to the person being guest...
Have a look and if anybody is interested just can message me here...

I don't have a blog as such, only my Facebook page above, where I do reviews, giveaways, promo's etc. I do have a webpage, but it's mostly for putting my reviews on. However, it is severely neglected due to time issues.
Here's the link in case you're interested in checking it out: http://www.angelpages.biz/page.php?e=...

My blog is relatively new, so I don't have a lot of members, but I'm trying to change that. It mainly feature posts about my upcoming book, but I also do book reviews, lists, etc. I pretty much do anything book related.

I mainly focus on YA books though. If anyone is interested, I'd be willing to feature your work on my blog! :)

Hello all, firstly thank you Ashley for the invite. My blog is relatively new and I doubt it will promote authors directly at this moment but I do have a few k twitter followers to blog to. http://www.planettommo.com/blog-bomb....
Do you use a # here with twitter posts that I could look out for?
#AHA would work :)

message 8: by Ashley (new)

Ashley Torbeck | 42 comments Mod
Thanks to everyone for joining in so far! And Ian, that's a pretty good idea, thank you for that. #AHA sounds phenomenal! I'll update it to add that hashtag to the description. :)

Danielle Gomes | 1 comments Thank you for inviting me. This is such a wonderful idea and I love the #AHA hashtag for twitter!

My first book, Hit Me! Fighting the Las Vegas Mob by the Numbers, will be published May 7. It is a non-fiction narrative about my dad that I co-authored with Jay Bonansinga.

I am also in the process of getting a blog up and running. I would love for other authors or bloggers to write a guest post on my blog. I am also interested in writing a guest post on other blogs. My blog is basically about writing, social media, and life in general.

Olga Miret (goodreadscomolganm) Hi Kaitlyn:
I have recently (last weekend) published a YA novella in English ('Twin Evils?') and Spanish. I'm also working on a YA series (the first novel is finished but I want to translate it to Spanish before publishing it, need to get a cover, so unlikely to be published before summer or very late Spring). I'd like to be a guest in you blog in the future particulalry if you're going to be focusing on YA, although it might be better to wait closer to the launch of my series of novels and make a bit of a fuss...I could always keep you updated and we can try and arrange something when things are more advanced.
Thanks:
Olga
PS: I also have guest authors once a week in my blog so would be more than happy to have you in the future...

You guys are awesome, and BUSY! Hehe, just wanted to stop in and say hi again. I also wanted to update that the hashtag had to be changed simply because #AHA was already taken. Instead, minor changed, it's #AHAG (Authors Helping Authors Group, not to be confused with an old, withered, terribly mean woman). Sorry for the last minute change, I would just hate to be confused with the sports team already using that hashtag!

That being said, I'm seeing some pretty cool blogs on here, and I'll be reaching out to some of you for guest blogs, interviews, and whatnot later in the week. And as a reminder, my blog is always open to interviews, guest posts, and reviews (please check to see what I read before requesting reviews, that's my only big stipulation). :D

Anyway, welcome everyone, and I hope you all find this a place to collaborate and help one another. Sending you all tons of love and insanity.

Oh, and Happy Valentines Day! <3

message 15: by Olga (new)

Olga Miret (goodreadscomolganm) Just a thought...In another group of writers they created a Triberr group so we would Tweet each other posts once we joined...I was invited rather than setting it up, but once it's set up, it's just a matter of clicking to approve the posts once a day or so and the Tweets go automatically at intervals...
I'm technically fairly challenged though, but setting the account wasn't very difficult (you can sign from another social media, Facebook or whatever, need Twitter account and also the feed of you blog...and that's about it).
What I'm not sure about is how one goes about setting the group. Once in it you can send invitations...
Just wondering as quite a few of us don't seem to have been blogging for very long...

message 16: by Penelope (new)

Penelope Jones (penelopejones) | 1 comments Olga and I are part of the same Triberr group, and it's very simple to add another tribe.

You just go into Tribes, and it gives you an option to add new .. click it, give it a title and you are on your way. If the person that organized this group wanted to form the tribe, if you're not a member of Triberr you'd first need to sign up. You'll become your own Tribe, and I wish I could tell you why you can't name it yourself, but they won't allow it. Most people create a different tribe than the user name they give you.

Then you start inviting people by email, twitter-handle, etc. If they are on Triberr it will allow you to send an auto invite, if not, it will email them an inviting to Triberr, and your Tribe.

Hope that helps.
Penelope Jones

Olga and Penelope-

I haven't heard of this before, however the group is growing and we'll be adding more content very soon. I'm going to look into this Triberr thing, and see what it's all about. I'll keep ya posted and let you know what develops. Thanks for the tip, I'm always interested in new ways we can help one another. :)

Okay folks, there is a Tribe now for this group. I don't completely know what I'm doing with it, since I just heard about it, but it's up and running. Still trying to figure everything out, but it now exists! It's called Authors Helping Authors Group, so feel free to stop by and join in! :)

Elise Valente | 9 comments My blog is here: http://elisevalente.blogspot.com/

I blog about everything, and every so often host Flash Fiction challenges. I've done two so far, and their popularity has grown enormously just with the two I've done. I'll be doing more in the future, so stay tuned as I tend to spring the fact I'm doing it on everyone, LOL.

The last one was great! I had several authors release excerpts from upcoming books as flash fiction pieces, and it was awesome. It's my way of trying to get some free exposure to indie authors, plus give everyone something fun and challenging to do!

Heather Rigney (heatherrigney) | 1 comments Hello!

My blog is:
https://www.heatherrigney.com

My Facebook author page is:
https://www.facebook.com/heatherrigne...

I am both an author and an artist. I blog about writing, writing rituals, writing tips, writing programs, my own art, as well as other authors/artists, etc.

Please feel free to stop by and follow my blog and/or my FB page. I appreciate the love and I am going to go through this feed and try to spread some love of my own!

Currently, I am writing the continuation of my short story entitled, MERMAIDS ARE NOT NICE. It's a supernatural thriller, with a bit of dark humor about Evie, a funeral director, mom, and town lush who has some serious mermaid troubles. If you're looking for a story about adorable, nautical cheerleaders, this is probably not for you...

Thanks for starting this feed Ashley--it's a wonderful idea!
Have a lovely day,
Heather

Robin Morgan (robinleighmorgan) The only "problem" I have for my listing under "CONNECT" is that my LinkedIn groups are not identified. I feel it would serve people if they knew what they are.

I’m also on LinkedIn where I have two groups :
Authors/Writers Helping Authors/Writers http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=41...

Young Adult Book Authors
http://www.linkedin.com/groups?gid=45...

I would also like to suggest placing the author's name next to every link listed in each of your categories.

This is going to make a GREAT reference tool.

Michala Tyann (michalatyann) I appreciate your suggestions and I will work on getting those corrected for you!
