I know that this kind of a sad reason to like the 40's but World War II has to be one of my favorite wars to learn about...

I don't know what I would do without knee socks. I wear them almost daily....except on formal days. I have to wear tights then.
Like the fascinators!!! You know, those little English hats with the weird veil thing!!!! I love those!
oh yeeeeah! Forgot to mention...*Cough* Hetalia is set in this decade *Cough*

(Sorry, you'll learn that my favorite country that ever existed is Prussia... Especially it's history and I'm still really sad that it no longer exists... *coughs*)
Sorry about Prussia. I had relatives that lived there and immigrated to North America. There must be some famous books about Prussia, but my mind is drawing a blank.

(Actually I'm related to a Prussian Duke! :D) They stayed in the general area for a while (AKA. Germany) before my great great grandfather moved to Switzerland and then Italy.
I would love to read a book about Prussia... It would be so awesome...
